Propfan, Aerodynamic (turbine) type, Pitch changeable

As an "Advanced Turboprop Engine", several engines such as "Propfan", "Open Rotor" and "Ultra Bypass" have been researched and developed in order to obtain high-speed flight while maintaining the same level of fuel consumption as the turboprop engine.
It can be classified into "Aerodynamic (turbine) type" and "Mechanical (Planetary Gear) type".
I made the representative models (below) before, but I couldn't incorporate the pitch change mechanism in any of them.
　(A). Propfan Engine, Turbine type (TPE-04)
　(B). Propfan Engine, Planetary Gear type (TPE-05)
This time, I tried the "Aerodynamic (turbine) type (A)" counter-rotating, individual rotation speed, and individual variable pitch type structure. (Named as JEC-17)
For "Planetary Gearbox type (B)", please refer “JEC-16” manufactured in end of 2021.

A. Features of this model
　①　Contra-rotating is accomplished with the rotor and rotary stator of the power turbine.
　②　Rotor blades simulating swept wing type that delays the generation of shock waves.
　③　"Rack & Pinion type" is adopted for pitch change mechanism
　④　7 metal bearings and 4 shafts are used to establish above function.
　　　Including 2 shafts for each rotor pitch change operation (alternative to hydro-system)
　⑤　Engine (Gas-Generator) is omitted
　⑥　Tools are provided to test running and pitch changing by Vacuum Cleaner.
　⑦　Disassembly and Assembly is possible (however, please do so at your own risk

B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 30 pages)
　The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)".

C. Download files includes;
　　 files: STL Files (62 items)
STL file name: "ws" of last 2 digits means "With Support" which special designed.

D. Purchase Parts Information; (See Assembly Manual)
1. Ball Bearing (Open type)
　 6801 (12x21x5) x1, 6803 (17x26x5) x3, 6804 (20x32x7) x2, 6806 (30x42x7) x1
2. Pipe : φ9, 7, 5 and 3 (for φ3, Rod can be used)
3. Drill and Tap
　　　My design hole diameter is considerably smaller than the finish hole diameter in order to
　　　ensure the wall thickness at the time of printing.
　　　Drill : φ1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3.2, Tap : M1.4, M2, M3
　　　For M1.4 Screw; No need “Tapping” for PLA material. (φ1.0 drill required).
But “Mandatory” for AL pipe.
　　　Select the appropriate drill and tap size depending on the "screw" used.

E.Total Net Print Time: Approx. 111 HR
　　(Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)

F. 3D printing settings (Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill)
　　When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.
　　But for parts having gear teeth and affecting to pulling and pushing forces 100% infill is recommended.
