This is a model of the Turbofan Engine for Business Aircraft, etc.
Engine of this class has many features other than the large size jet (fan) engine.
- Smaller size
- Higher RPM
- Lighter weight
These features make the complex air flow and configuration.
Features of this model are;
①. Full length fan duct
②. Fan has boost stage LP compressor
③. Single stage Centrifugal HP Compressor (Impeller)
④. Reverse Flow Combustion Chamber
⑤. Axial stages Turbine
⑥. For the bearings (BRG), the printable dummy BRG are prepared to reduce cost instead of the metal ball bearing.

- Standard Skill (such as Drilling, Tapping, Filing, Tightening, Painting and Gluing etc) is needed and perseverance too.
- If you want to clarify the air flow passage, the back side surfaces are painted before assembly.(See Photos)
Total Net Print Time: Approx. 40HR
- (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Especially, Input-Housing101ws.stl needs about 10 hours to print.
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.

3D printing settings
Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
But the parts having blade/vane, small shaft and thin portion: 100% infill is recommended.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
