3D model description

Made to replace a rusty Β½ litre Kilner jar lid.
the lid internal diameter is 66-67mm *I found the jar tops are not perfectly circular (So several sizes included, so you can get a tight fit even if you jars are imperfect like mine! - Although 'loose' at 67mm will still tighten down OK).
Thread pitch is 6mm.

(STL files included here and named with a 'c' in them have a chamfer on the top most edge, but you might want to print (FDM) with that side on the print bed, in which case the simpler versions might be preferable). v6cF has the 'window' filled in and can be used without a Kilner glass lid.

The replacement washer, although not needed to simply tighten the lid, is best printed in a soft material, rubber or TPU.

FDM: lay flat with threads upermost, will print without support.
