Just an adapter to enable fitting of legacy M42 screw lenses to Arri positive-lock, PL, camera ports.
Note the lens has to fit inside the lens port by around 7mm, so lenses with a large diameter rear (greater than ø48mm) are not going to fit since they are wider than the recess in the adapter.
If printing FDM, eg PLA, the threads are liable to be very tight. It may be easier to initially screw a lens in from the back (as it's easier to engage) and the plastic will give enough to then screw in from the front. Also, try the version with the shorter screw thread. Alternatively, files "42.11" are a little looser.
FDM prints in PLA @ 0.2mm have been sucessful, printed with the M42 thread at the top, with support (but no support on the threads).
