A lens mount with integral helicoid focusing for vintage M39 enlarger lenses.
These focusing adapters have to be different lengths, depending on the lens' focal length, in order to achieve infinity focus.
Several barrel lengths (13,22,33mm) are included and will work for M39 lenses of focal length 40-60mm. Extension rings will help for longer focal lengths or for macro..
A mount for M16 threaded lenses (Eg Wray 2" Supar) is also included.
tested: x22mm for Schneider K Componar-C 50/3.5, Vivitar 50/3.5, Wray 2" Supar.
x33mm for Rodenstock Rodagon-WA 60/4..
75mm lenses require the STL"x33mm" helicoid plus a 16mm extension (e.g. S Kominar-E75/3.5). The Ross 90mm Resolux requires a 18mm extension.
A standard mod .8 gear focus ring is part of the print.
FDM: I get successful prints in PLA @ .2 extrusion. though sometimes I have to sand and smooth bumps on the helicoid surface.
If your slicer can provide support for the E-mount but not the helicoid then this gives the best print/fit.
Cura: try printing with concentric supports or none at all (the only problem is the E mount flanges, these print best with support and printed on top.). Check for and remove over-hangs before fitting to camera. Don't use too much infil, less infil allows for some flexing of the helicoid and it won't be so tight.
The lens side should print without support.
