Here's another adition to the bird feeders collection! The mid century modern bird feeder v3!

An easy-to-print project that your feathered friends will simply love!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

-All the parts are already placed in the right orientation for printing.

-A complete Bambulab project file is included.

-Only one part needs some supports; the baseplate. You will need some supports for the counterbores under the plate. "Supports on buildplate only" will do the job!

NOTE: For the Bambulab Project file, the supports are already set by object for the baseplate. No need to set them, just slice the plate and the support will be there.

-You will need (8x) M3 x 12mm screws.

-Use at least 5 walls to have strong and sturdy parts.

-MINI COMPATIBLE: The whole project is printable on a mini printer (E.g. A1 Mini or Prusa Mini)

WHAT'S NEW WITH THIS PROJECT:

-A brand new hook design!

The hook included in the folder is what i call my "locking hook".

As this bird feeder is suspended by a rope, it is sometimes difficult to keep everything well balanced. Over time, with a normal hook, it would end up leaning left or right due to the string moving in the eyelet.

With this hook, simply find the center of your rope, slide it into the hook slot and pull down! There you have it, your rope will be stuck and will no longer move on the hook!

The hook can be scaled up if you need a bigger one. It will not affect its blocking function.
