Hello, I purchased the Bad JuJu stl zip from destiny 2. I was preparing the files and noticed that the parts labeled Blue_00-Blue_008 but the number 7 file is missing. Didnt know if this was a misprint on the labeling or if Blue_007 file was missing. Ty

I saw that there was room for a rod in the TF2 Axe. What diameter and length do you recommend?
For the TF2 Axe, we recommend a 4mm diameter rod and about 65cm in length for reinforcement. It helps a lot with stability!

Hi! For the Witch King Sword, we recommend a 1200mm (120cm) long rod with a 6–7mm diameter to run through the center. Great for added strength during assembly!

Another user, ZACTHETANK, has also reached out to you regarding this matter almost a month ago, and VOLKYI did too a month before that. I imagine this is a simple oversight on your part because other store pages you have listed look like they contain the proper files. If you check the customer-view version of your Eyasluna store page you'll see that only 2 .pdf files are included. I really don't want to escalate this matter, but I purchased a product and intend on either receiving what was promised or getting my money back. If we don't come to a reasonable conclusion soon, I'll be reaching out to site administration over false advertising.

I purchased the Sauron Head Helm Helmet Lord of the Rings LOTR(https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/sauron-head-helm-helmet-lord-of-the-rings-lotr), but the cutting of the spikes is off. The fit isn't perfect, leaving a gap between the spikes and the head. Could you please add this as a single piece? Printers are larger now, and it is easier to print in one piece. Several customers have asked for the file in one piece.

I'm sorry but this is factually incorrect. We purchased your pack to verify our claim before we made it: the geometry from your pack is identical down to the vertex count and position on most parts, with the exception of where it was deliberately modified. This includes the overall shape and design choices for every piece. The only way this is possible is if the content is copied or duplicated.
