Hey I have downloaded your needler file 3x now thinking I may have just had a hiccup in the download phase. Each time it fails to load the top of the receiver that goes under the cover that holds the needles. I believe that part is labeled Part 3 or something. I have 1,2 (no 3) 4 and so on. Everything else loads perfectly! Thanks, Caleb S.

As per Cults3D policy, digital files aren't eligible for refunds. However, you can definitely cut the model into smaller parts to fit your printer — slicers like Bambu Studio have built-in cutting tools that make this easy.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. We understand your concern, but we want to clarify that our Billy Kid pistols were modeled entirely from scratch. Since both are fan-made replicas of the same in-game weapon, some design similarities are naturally expected.

I know for sure that you used my design, because my model has several design solutions that are not in the game. I recognize my design immediately, because I always do not as in the game, but as it will be convenient for the cosplayer. And these solutions could not coincide with mine, unless it was telepathy. But I do not believe in anti-scientific things. Therefore, I ask for the second time, delete this design. And I also notified the community of 3D modelers to check your store for other foreign designs.

Hello. I got the Boeing 737 file but I can’t get the wings to print to save my life. The flap on the ends always falls off, and the farther part of the wing, the skinny flap also keeps falling off. What should I do?

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Have you tried adjusting the orientation of the wings in your slicer or using a smaller nozzle size for better detail and adhesion?

I'm printing "Princess Leia Blaster - the Defender Sporting Blaster Pistol Star Wars Prop Replica Cosplay Gun Weapon" for a client. The .zip I was forwarded does not have the long, skinny, part of the barrel. I have the following files (all with the .stl extension): Black, black_032, black_033, black_034, black_035, black_036, and black_037. The .zip file is 7,376,205 bytes in size.
