Hello dear friend! At the moment, the original helmet size fits 58-62 head sizes in centimeters, so it is possible that with your head size it is worth inserting pillows inside the helmet to fix it well. However, I still recommend increasing the original helmet size by 2.5% and after printing, if you plan to wear it, then buy special pads at any hardware store. At least that's what we're doing :)

As a result, the original size of the helmet will suit you, but it is better to slightly increase (2.5%)
Use paralon pillows (Soft inserts) to fix the head.

Hello dear friend! We customized all the helmets to fit the 58-58.5 head size in centimeters, including the helmets from the free Star Wars series.

You can measure your own head size according to the instructions on the Internet and increase or decrease it by 1cm accordingly.
1cm is approximately 3-5% of the total helmet. However, if you are in doubt about your head size and want accuracy, then I recommend asking a friend or loved one to scan your head and try on a 3d helmet. At least that's how we average all helmet sizes for the head. 58 centimeters is the average head size.

Hello dear friend! Unfortunately, the team and I do not have a visor file for printing on a laser engraver. We use polycarbonate lenses in a hardware store, they are quite cheap and are perfect for a visor. The main thing is to cut it exactly.

But I think it's time to start thinking about modeling a real helmet visor.

In general, we take a polycarbonate lens and a hexagonal grid printed on a conventional 3D printer. Next, we cut them out to fit the size of the visor and fix them with small bolts around the edges so that they are not visible.

The helmet is now 1/1 of the standard head size of 58 centimeters in circumference.

This size is suitable for the vast majority of buyers, and the size can also be adjusted from inside the helmet after printing using a soft padding.
