Hi, Darren!
The helmet is originally 62 head sizes, because it is the most versatile size for people with a head size from 56 to 62. Also, if you want, I can send you a scanned head of 59 head size, you can edit the size yourself. I would send a screenshot of the necessary settings of my printers, but unfortunately there is no screenshot to stick.
The main recommendations I can give are

Material: PLA, PETG

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer height: 0.20

Also, as far as I remember, the helmet is divided into parts. If not, then you can write to me or share them yourself using NetFabb or other software.

Hi! Basically all helmets consist of 6 parts for printing. However, if you need to cut the helmet in some other way, just let me know about it, and also leave an email where I could send the finished files.
