Hello, I've purchased this and printed it a couple times. The dumpster body itself is awesome, but the only trouble I've run into is the latch being fairly weak on the lid. Out of the three that I've printed all three have had the latch snap and required to be glued back in.
Hi thanks for the Feedback, what Material are you using? I could try to make it a bit thicker but not sure how the flexibility will behavie
My tests where done with PLA on a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. If it snaps a more narrow clip might even be needed.
I updated the box and added a troubleshooting version with a wider or more narrow hook. I dont know which one or if any of thise helps for your problem Thomasstockmann but i hope one of those lids does the trick.
Thank you for updating. I'm going to print off the troubleshooting lid and see if hat helps. I was using a normal PLA on a 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.2 layer height as well.
