3D printer file info

3D model description

My take on the immortal mythological phoenix bird, designed to be printable with minimal supports and zero infill.

3D printing settings

Supports are needed for the beak only, tree/organic supports work the best. All my prints are with 0% infill, using PrusaSlicer.

For FDM printing I've also included experimental support helper that I used when printing the bigger version, the idea is to use it as starting point for normal grid supports, so you can use your slicer and your own settings to generate the interface layers, this should then work at any scale. This is probably an overkill though, use at your own discretion.

Unlike my support free designs, this is NOT the easiest of prints on FDM. I have printed many of them with both fully generated organic/tree supports and utilizing the included support helper.
