Hi, i print Milwaukee Packout Multipurpose Rolling Toolbox Handle Mount, but iner dimnsion of the hole for handle pilar is too tight, it should be app 0.5mm biger in all directions. Can I send you exact dimensions of my packout handle pillar and that you adjust hole dimensions so that I can do another print? Some other part which I print from you files are very well, hole are tight and working properly almost half of the year.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for the Milwaukee Packout Multipurpose Rolling Toolbox Handle Mount (order #125601638) that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, after attempting to print the item, I found that it is not compatible with new rolling toolbox handle, and I am unable to use it as intended. I would like to request either a refund or, if possible, an exchange for the Milwaukee Packout Multipurpose Side Mounts instead. Please let me know if this exchange can be arranged.

The design needs to be fine tuned there is a few things that need to be changed

1 . for the rail to slide into the hole it is to small and tight you need to file the inside diameter down to get it to go on or hit it with a rubber mallet

1. Where the holes are to mount to the rail for screws are in the wrong location and not accessible the screws holes are directly behind the face plate for mounting and should be on the other side or have holes inline through the faceplate to put a screw driver in the so it can be installed to the rail.

2. Where you slide into the face with a accessory
   that has a screw lock in place it’s to fat and you can not lock into place as it’s two thick

Once these issues are solved al in all would be a great product

I am really disapointed with the quality of the stl. It is full of uneven facets which are clearly visible on the outcome of the prints.

Can you provide a better quality STL. These are full of uneven triangular facets. Very dispointed.

Hey there, just after purchasing all of the v1 packout multipurpose mounts, I noticed that the v2 slim mounts were available. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but would it be possible to refund the v1 mounts as I really just want to print the v2 versions? (I'll go ahead and buy the v2s, just so you know I'm not trying to get the files for free).

Hi bought v11 and didn't realize it didn't have the honey comb board . Would the honey comb from ur other version fit it?

should the straw for the Snuff/coke box tray V11 (clutchco/royalbox clone) be printed vertically? It prints fine for a while then the nozzle starts knocking over the straw in a way that it doesn't totally lose adhesion.

Can you share the 3mf file for this? I'm having a hard time printing it.
