Santa Clause on Scooter file does not match what is pictured. The gingerbread man is an abomination and the Christmas tree is lacking details clearly pictured on the product page. The product was also scaled to a minuscule size, had to scale it to 300% to even view it.
the basket is also full of holes and cannot be sliced.

Snail pencil holder appears as a color print but it is a single color model. It says easy to print and assemble but again prints as a single file, not in separate color pieces. There doesn't appear to be any assembly. It also says it is AI generated. Please send refund.

The model sold does not match with the model you showed on the first picture.
The sold model does have some weird artefacts, and is badly shaped. For excample the nose is extremely weird shaped.
I cannot use the model like this.
