Also. when i load in Cura, there is no model. So i cant do anything with the 12" radius file i purchased. Can you email me a copy of the proper file? and still let me know about the 9.5" file?

Hi there, thank you for purchasing. I have uploaded stl files now instead of the 3mf file. This will (should) address the issue when bringing it into CURA.

Hi. Just ordered the 12” radius fretboard jig file. However, cannot find how to also get the 9.5” file. I’d like to have both options when I’m switching between tele/ Gibson styles.

This is for the 12 inch Radius only. 9.5 Inch will be uploaded separately in a different listing.

Hi there, This file came with the 9.5, 10 and 12 inch attachements, however they are all the same size. Will this be corrected? thanks.
Not sure what your are referring to. All the sizes are as per the listing. Can you send some evidence that are as you say they are please? photos with measurements and date and time stamped please.
