Please send me a refund for the unusable file.
Hi, sorry it did not work, I have sent you a refund.
Down Loaded Your File, will not me send it to my printer.
Hello, I sent you a refund, but for future reference what was the problem with the file? When you loaded the STL into your slicer, was it that the model was too small?
Or was it that it can't fit on your printer bed?
I use PrusaSlicer, so I'm not sure what it's like for all slicers. But when I load up the STL into PrusaSlicer it says the following message:
"The dimensions of the object from file kemono_dog_mask.stl seem to be defined in meters. The internal unit of PrusaSlicer is a millimeter. Do you want to recalculate the dimensions of the object?
Then clicking Yes on that dialog makes it load in properly, but it's too tall for my printer bed. So I rotate it slightly so it just fits in the height of the print volume, then I can slice it properly.

I added a pre-scaled, pre-rotated STL to the product listing, that should have those steps already done for you. If the scale or rotation were the issue for you, that should resolve it. Any specific feedback you can provide will help me improve my designs and publishing process for the future, thank you.
You may also be able to slightly scale down the model if it's still too big to fit on your printer bed, or there are ways of "cutting" it into multiple pieces that are small enough to be printed separately. Then you can glue them together.
looks like others have had this issue please send a working file or refund my money
Sorry to hear you have experienced issues with the Wolf Mask STL file.
I have made an update to it, please try downloading it again (from your purchases) and let me know if the issue has been resolved. It should be able to be sliced now.
Thank you for your patience. If it does not work this time I will refund you, just let me know how it goes.
