I love early AYK cars, Marui cars, Kyosho cars (mostly designed by Akira Kogawa, like Optima Ultima Scorpion Mids, etc.), some Hirobo and Tamiya too.
I work as an architect specialised in 3d renderings.

Hi. Can I get a refund on this please. There is no way this chassis will stand up to any use. I'm not going to bother to finish printing it. I appreciate the time that's gone in to it and it does look really good but it just isn't fit for purpose on a running car.
Did you print it in MJF as recommended in the instructions? I haven't tried printing it in FDM as I didn't have any printer at the time. There are some drivers who ran it without problem. Ask Ashley McLurkin in Australia for example.
I used nylon filament. Maybe my printer isn't up to printing this? Shame as it looks so good. Looks great in red too 👌
The files weren't thought for FDM printing. SLS or MJF printing technology don't use supports. I recommend to check https://craftcloud3d.com/ to get quotes from professional MJF print services. I use JLC in China, Weerg in Italia and iMaterialise in Belgium but the quotes will depend on where you ship.

I am in vacation right now so I recommend you to try https://craftcloud3d.com/ and find a printing service that is close to you capable to print in MJF. glass beads reinforcement isn't recommended as sus arms need a bit of flex. If you aren't in an urge, I will help you when I come back, in two weeks.

Hi, recently I got a Marui Ninja and I need a few bits and pieces. I was wondering if the bottom chassis plate/rear diff protector was available seperately (my rear diff looks OK but I am yet to completely dissasemble it yet to have a close look but I cant see any cracks or breaks in it). I will buy the driver figure, and I was wondering if you had the fromy chassis plate that the bumper screws too. Seeing this model restored they look awsome and your design work is amazing so cant wait to restore this one as best as I can. I have joined the Marui groups on FB. I realise that some of these original parts I may never find but just so glad that I can restore this, even if not 100% original instead of it potentially being lost forever to someones recycling bin! It was a lucky find and I am so pleased to have it. Thanks, Michael.
Hi Michael. From the pics I see on FB, the rear gearbox is broken and lacks the attach point for the rear bumper. So it's best to print the whole rear gearbox. I can also print the front underguard/bumper support for you if you want. Please send me a PM on FB optimaforever

Oui, je peux imprimer mes pièces pour vous. En fonction de la qualité et du prix, il y a beaucoup de possibilités.
Thanks for your feedback! I added separated STLs so you can choose the best orientation for each piece. I usually attach them together because some printing services are counting service fee for each parts and it's way cheaper when you group them. But of course if you're picky and perfectionist, it's best to orient each parts yourself if you know where you're going.
Hi, I downloaded the Marui Ninja rear gear box. Would you be willing to separate each one of the parts into their individual files? This way I can orient them separately as needed for 3d resin printing.

I bought my Marui Ninja 4wd back in 1986-87 time frame, when I was a teenager. It is my first RC car and I am looking to get it running again. The original rear gear box has several design issues.
Did you happen to draw up the Radiant diff gears and outdrives? I'd like to attempt to print the outdrives in stainless steel to see if I could replace my broken set. The diff gear (chain drive) would be a great backup as well.
Sorry I only see your message now. I have modeled the Radiant diff gears and outdrives but I didn't print them because I was planning to make an Optima rerelease compatible Radiant.

They have been modeled with MJF printing tech in mind. It's possible to print with FDM but you'll perhaps have a bit of drilling/reaming work for the screwholes/bearingholes.
Hello Danenit. Please explain the problem you have with a bit more detail. I can figure out where the problem lies presently; during the download from Cults / during your upload of the STL to the printing facility / with the feedback from your printer service/ etc. Of course I will help.
The Printing Company I Deal With Keeps Telling Me Something Went Wrong During Uploading Please Try Again I Notified Them To Too See If Its On There End And They Have Not Gotten Back To Me, They Are A Very Good Company I Uploaded 2 Other Items But The Other 2 Don't Work, I Can Open Them On My Computer And See The Whole Diagram In 3D I Just Can't Send it To Them, I Even Sent Them the Link But Nothing Back Yet.

Well I happen to have a large collection of these, and they were out of the cases on a shelf. The body clip and the roller chassis were in the cases and my wife threw all them out not knowing what they were. So I'm trying to Make all the clips and I'm also 3D printing roller chassis as well so I can display them on the rollers
