I have never had any problems with this design and is one my best sellers
Is a tight fit but it fits
Maybe the printer temperature has shrunk the head scarf a little
You can use a hair dryer to thermoform it a bit at the edges so it can fit while is still warm or you can print it 2%bigger so it will fit easy
