Hello I just purchased the transformers thunderclash rifle. When I try to download it to my iPhone it shows 0kb in the folder. What am I doing wrong?

I just purchased your "Karza Kommando Baron Karza Micronauts" and I assumed that the model would be separated for easy printing but it's on a sprue? Can you send the model files as seperate files? They are unprintable like this on a FDM printer. If not could I kindly ask for a refund?

I can upload the individual parts. No problem. I originally designed it for Shapeways, where they sprue made sense.

If he turns out as well as I think he will I would like to do the matching Force Commander. I have a question about that too. Since both figures are basically the same except for the head would you give me the option to just buy the force commander head?

I will posts the heads as a small cheap item so you don't need to buy a whole second figure that is nearly identical.

Hello, do you think you'll ever do a targetmaster bundle? Hello, I bought the Cytron 3D model for 3D printing and the x3d file with all the limbs isn't working even after I converted it to an STL so I was wondering if you could somehow send me a copy in the STL of just the limbs. Thank you.

Okay, there are no individual parts. The sprues are more cost effective if you are printing with an online company like Jawstek.

Hi, I'm having difficulty opening your file for Baron Karza's Sword. I've attempted to re-download and open the file 7 times, and also updated, and re-installed Cura, 5 times. I've also transferred 75 percent of my STL files of my hard drive to make sure its not an issue of available memory. I keep reciving the same error message that the file is "either missing data or corrupted" I'm really looking forward to printing this sword out to fit the Baron Karzas fists you designed and I've printed for my Baron Karza and Force Commander. Can you suggest a solution? Many thanks for the time and assistance, and keep up the good work :-)
