Star Wars is awesome! I hope you like what you see. I like to share my hobby and have others enjoy printing my creations. If anyone has requests for files they would like to see, please let me know. I started 3D art to challenge myself to try to learn something new.
What scale are your ships? I'd like to use them for the X-Wing game, but I need to know if they're the correct scale. Thanks.
I draw my designs primarily in TinkerCAD and I reference various pictures that I find on the internet or come up with my own ideas. I have not given much thought to scale, as my work is mainly space fantasy. When printing a model I tend to reference the size of the cockpit to a similar model; single pilot to a single pilot comparison or relative size to occupants to make a judgement on size. It comes down to a little math but mostly I focus on the art. I do not have a set “scale” that I create in. Sorry, I will try to be more mindful if I add to my designs.
It would be helpful if future designs included the dimensions of the ships. Thank you for your response.
