I dowloaded the file (Roof Slide Hoop Centre – Smart Roadster 452 (Q0014822V001000000) and noticed that it is a scan with small imperfection of a broken part : sorry but even with the metalic spring balade, it cannot be used because the upper rounded section is missing. Can I get a refund?

I don't quite understand what you mean. We would use the entire original part as a basis. It suited our client. Please take photos and videos to show us why you think the design is not working.

Unfortunately, this indicates an error in the printer configuration or the G-code file. We printed more than five times on different printers, and everything was fine. Try slice a new G-code.
