Good morning. I purchased your wicker basket file 3213559 and I’m wondering if it’s corrupted. It will print fine for one minute and then the hot end assembly lifts up a few inches and it starts printing in the air. The problem is not my printer as I’ve printed several other files this morning. I’m hoping you can help because this basket file is exactly what I was looking for.
