Hello. I was looking at the bust of Helldiver. Is this suitable for filament printer? Or just resin? I bought a file but turned out it was only SLA only and it did not want to print on my FDM. Looking for something Helldiver to print on my FDM printer.
Hello, I have never printed on FDM printers and know little about all the nuances. I know that they do not handle fine details well, but the Helldivers bust did not have any such details. I think the print should work, just use a regular stl file without the "PRE_" prefix
Ok. I might try it then. I bought another one and it did not work. However it was formatted would not translate to FDM at all. The first layers were awful (and it printed a normal file just before it fine. and after too. So it was the file.) If I encounter the same problem, would you be happy to refund me please?
I have bought and downloaded it, and I have opened the one which isn't pre, and it is coming out like a double bust? Like one on top of the other? It is really weird. But I definitely can't print that. (I use my printer to print busts, too, which I have had designed.) I don't know how I can send a photo of what it looks like.
The second one is floating too, on top. It is really weird. I have opened it a few times and I get the same each time.

Hello, this usually happens in different slicers. You can open this file or any other file with a similar problem in Lychee slicer or Chitubox, export it back to stl, and then open it in your slicer
I know you guys only do resin prints, but do you know if these prints would do okay on 3D printers like a Bambu Studios or Prusa?
Unfortunately, I don't know, as I have never printed on an FDM printer, but someone managed to print our models on FDM
Hello, I just purchased your Big Boss Model. I imported the split model into Blender and the split hair stl only shows the origin point. I see the rest of the split stl models fine. When I load the presupported hair stl I see that model. I'm new to using stls and models, am I doing something wrong with the split hair stl? I know I can use the presupported hair stl to print, but I would like a clean hair model so that I can scale the print if I want. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Love the design btw!
Hello, please try opening this file in Lychee Slicer or Chitubox and exporting it back to STL. This should help

I just bought the statue files for Tali'Zorah a day or two ago, it there anyway I can get a version of the stand where its cut and keyed into two pieces so I can make the model bigger?
Unfortunately, we do not modify previous models. There are many free programs that will do this in "a couple of clicks"

The files without references have been downloaded; perhaps you haven't viewed all of them. You can see the size in the image with dimensions (scroll through the images)

It's strange, the model is very old and I haven't had any problems like this before. I opened it in both Lychee and Chitubox. Try opening it in Lychee slicer and exporting it back to stl. I won't be at my computer for the next couple of days to check

Hello, I would advise you on the best approach, but I have only printed on photopolymer printers. However, I believe it is preferable to print in parts and increase the scale, as FDM printers allow this

We test all of our models on a resin printer, so I can't say for sure which models can be printed on FDM. I've seen them printed, but often scaled up

It’s a program that is ran on the computer system of a friend of mine and I don’t know the current specifics of it, but it cannot be used with these files. Instead I want to simply just return these files and claim a refund.
