Hi, i follow you on YouTube and i recently see you in a video of My tech fun where you show an Hoto vaccum adapter for sealing bag. I wanna know if you can share this file, i like to bé able to print it.
Thanks have a nice day..

Hello, I have a COMGROW T300 and I installed the macro [include macro_z_tilt_via_knob.cfg]. I've noticed that the macro no longer works. I checked printer.cfg and the macro is included.

If I use the Z-Axis Tilt Calibrate button, the extruder goes all the way up, which isn't right! I don't understand why I'm having this problem... The macro is installed correctly, I restarted Klipper, and the problem is still there! Thank you for your help.

hi, thanks for video and orca setup for flsun s1 pro. A question: i ve put gunload on my machine: heating ok... extrusion ok... but i don t see retract and after 3 second filament remain blocked in extruder.... any idea??? thanks . Paolo

bonjour j'ai télécharger le fichier pour la housse de S pen, quelle dimension doit faire la grande pièce ainsi que l'intermédiaire ?

Could you add a step file for Z4 on "Sovol SV08 MAX Top Riser: 3D Printed corners" please? I want to make a screen mount at that corner.

For the sv-08 Max top riser, could you make the long top bars connect to the corners? So any stress isn't going through the acrylic panel. If you're willing to share the cad files, I could do this as well and share it back with you.

Hi Monkey Man 9! Thank you for the note, I'd be happy to improve this. I planned originally to add little protrusions on the corner pieces and indentions on the bridges to hold them in place, but after up-scaling the bridges by the filament shrinkage amount (100.6% for PETG) they have such a perfectly tight fit, that I am not even sure if we would be able to insert them if the corners are already secured to the frame. I will add this variant, but keep the current design as well, since this is the one that actually works for me. Currently I have to work on the next video about the iHeaters, once posted I will update the models in a few days. Please remind me if I'd foget :)

Hello! I'm looking to print your "AnyCubic Kobra 3 dust cover system for all exposed rods and rails" and just had a question regarding its dimensions. I own a Kobra 3 V2. Would there be any fitment issues with this? It seems they increased the y-axis from 40 mm to 60 mm, but everything else has stayed the same. Thanks!

I don't have access to V2, but hopefully everything else should be the same mechanically (and dimensionally). I would be happy to make modifications with your help. Don't print the Y cover for now, I will be able to make a 60mm version of it over the weekend. You'll get an automatic notification form cults3D when your purchased models get updated. If we need to make more adjustments you can reach me over email quicker: gerGoPrint3D@gmail.com

I was able to successfully print all but the y cover. It all fits fine! Thanks, will wait on the y cover

LG
Nadine

Hi Nadine. Yes I mention in the description, that it is for larger printers. But you can cut it up using Orca Slicer! I think it is much easier in there!

Hi, I have a blockage in my S1Pro and I don't feel like taking it apart. Do you think I can fix it with Gunload?

Probably not 😯 It is not easy to take it apart, but their wiki has detailed step by step. I already took it apart once, doable. Recorded the whole procedure, sweared some, so it needs much editing 🙄 But I am planning to publish it when I get to it 🤣

I bought your Orca profile for the SV08 but I'd like to open it and review the settings but it just comes up as a lot of strange characters. I thought these were JSON files but I can't seem to open them as such.

Please import them into Orca, you will be able to view them there. Chances are they are compressed, that's why they are not plain text format.

Thanks, Got it. I'm having a terrible time with overhangs. Can you suggest some settings?

Hello,

I got your SV08 Max extender prints and panels. I had the panels cut in the EU, since shipping from China was insanely expensive and my enclosure finally came today.

I did see your latest video where you said you were working on the video for this project, I was just wondering if you have an idea when it comes out?

I already have the ASA lined up to print it.

Thanks,

Sune aka Foodgeek

Nice! ! Yes, I am working on that video right now, it will be this week's video. But you can actually go ahead printing the 3D printed parts, because the originally posted parts are perfect, if (!) you take material shinkage into consideration when printing those long pieces. I ended up reprinting the long bridges out of PETG, which has a shrinkage of 0.6%, so I upscaled those parts by 100.6% If you print them out of ASA (be prepared for a fight with bed adhesion!) you will likely need even higher up-scaling, maybe experiment with one piece. I actually updated the description of the model above with all this info. Maybe I will re-add some of the STLs which will force cults3D to notify existing supporters to be notified of the updated info. Thanks for asking for clarification! I hope all goes as smoothly for as it went here. I really really like how it turned out.

Thank you for your attention, your help was successful!
Big hug!

Hi, I saw that you updated the Z-Tilt version V4, but when I try to download it, I'm being charged. And according to what you said in the video, the updates are free. I sent a message to the Cults website reporting the problem.
Best regards

Hi, make sure you are logged in using the same account where you made the purchase. I can see your user name in my records, you should indeed be able to re-download without paying:
1. Click on your avatar in the upper right > Downloads
2. Click "Download" next ot the z-markers
3. Click on the download button next to the model, or click on "Download all" and then extract from the zip.

You should be able to dowload any number of times, and always get the latest updates.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since this is a derivative model, it felt correct to publish it on Printables as well, where the source model is located. Because all of my work is on Cults3D, I also published it here to give those who are inclined to support our improvement efforts a chance to do so. Both links are included in the video description.

Okay

Hello Gergo, sorry to bother you. I am reaching out since you did a vid on nozzle swap sizes. I recently swaped my SV08 nozzle for the Microswiss version. everything was going great until I recently swapped it for a .8mm one. I used the default SV08 Orca slicer settings for .8mm. I keep getting around 100 layers or so of good printing and then I get a error that cancels my print.
Move exceeds maximum extrusion (0.683mm^2 vs 0.640mm^2)
See the 'max_extrude_cross_section' config option for details

I don't really want to change my firmware if I can avoid it. I was curious if you had a .8mm printer profile I could copy and perhaps it would fixed this error if I am extruding to much filament at once. thank you. my email is Jonathansolomon33@gmail.com

You are awesome and your Youtubes are fantastic.

Hi,Gergo. I cannot long into my account to copy your changes to my Pinter's printer.fofig? I purchased the packet a couple of months ago and Aldo I did take a look at them at the time I didn't think I would need to download them as you did mention that you would be adding to these over time. Also I did contact you on YouTube looking for the dimensions of the new svo8 Max as I am thinking of getting one.
Thank you for your help in this regards.
Cheers. Mike Irish

Hi Mike. If you can comment you should be able to download too. Or did you create a new account? If that's the case please email me so I can send you a promo code directly. As for the dimensions, sorry, I responded to a similar question and thought you'd seen that :) the dimensions are 700x710x750 (wxdxh)

Hello, this is about the Klipper housing for the Sovol. I already bought the file. Now you have a new version that lets you adjust the fan speed. I've already ordered the electronic component. Now I need a new file for the rear cover. If I download it again, I'd have to pay again. Do I have to pay again to get it, or am I doing something wrong? Otherwise, thanks for your work and for making it available. Greetings from Austria. =)

Absolutely not! By purchasing the model you can download as many times as you want and you are eligible to every future update. In fact, if I make any updates, you will get an email notification. Your purchases are tied to your cults3D account, as long as your are logged in, you will find your purchased models under "Downloads" in your personal menu (top right). Thank you for supporting my work with your purchase!

I bought your sv08 macros bundle and love what i have so far. Someone on reddit put me onto your channle and this pack specifically and told me about your filament profiles. I can't seem to get the filament profile to appear in any form. I went to File> Import> Import configs and imported the profile. I also uplaoded the macro file and included it in the printer.cfg. But no filaments show up in orca. Is there something specific i have to do to get them?

Thank you for the support! Yes, importing profiles in Orca is kind of a mess, unless you have the exact same version of the printer profiles already added to Orca it won't import the attached filament a process settings. But I actually haven't done that much to filaments, you can do your own tests and tuning, which should be done for the exact brands of filaments you use. I show you how in this video: https://youtu.be/LcRi2r1j7KE
The most important part of the profiles I published is the start and end g-codes, which I will add to the project separately as plain text files, that you can copy paste in the corresponding printer profile area. Thank you for the feedback!

Wow, thank you. I'll fix asap.

Hiya,
On the instruction for the Sovol screen case (for adding a fan) ...

Just thought I would let you know.

I'll look into this too :)

Hi @gerGoPrint3D

I really appreciate your youtube channel. It really helped me when I was setting up my SV07+.

Recently I upgraded to Orca 2.2.0 which has a Sovol 07+ profile out of the box.
Do you still recommend using Christian Vick's profiles?

Yes, I am still using CV's profiles (or my take on them). I think they work better than the stock ones in tandem with CV's KPA, which enables temperature dependent pre-made bed meshes and does automatic gantry calibration before every print. I also like his fan mods which makes the printer quieter while keeping print quality and speed.

Hi Gergoprint
I have followed your videos and bought and uploaded the GP3D_Macro.cfg file.
Now I am a bit confused with this file because there is no real instruction where to put it.
My sovol08 was working almost good at the beginning.
Now, I am running in a series of problems. You know the sovol documentation is very poor, so I went to your videos. but the problems are still not solved...
- I have installed the enclosure but helas, even with some attempts to change the config, no help and the fan doesn t want to run. It seems well connected, I think its some sort of config problem.
- I found an interesting mod to deactivate the lower fan when low temp. This part is Ok,
- I wanted to print ASA. I ran into a series of problems, as you explained, due to temperature changes. I tried to make your corrections but surely something is still wrong. unable to calibrate for ASA.
- I have now unexpected ends. Machine finishes the part and the head stays with a reset just at the last position. Head holds on top of the part without movement and makes a crappy bubble on top of the plastic part. Certainly something wrong with the end Gcode...
- I will try now to install this new macro, hoping things will get better.
Otherwise, mechanically the machine is very good, I think support is crap.

By the way, I speak french, I guess you too.
Thanks if I can have some advices

Hi Franc! Thank you for the support. Check your slicer settings, I think your start and end g-codes are not being called properly. Besides the description here I talk about how to install the macros in the in my PETG video: https://youtu.be/Yva6pBgEr5M (from 6:52).

Bonjour.
