I would like to receive a refund for the purchased plane "CraycleCub V2 800 mm FPV" because the files do not contain its design at all, only some logo.

Hello, the foldable iPad Stand File download does not have any method to hold the parts together. I thought the end caps should have had pins that went through body1 into body 2 but they don't. How were these to pieces supposed to attach and lock into correct positions? The 3 files were: ipadstand_body1, ipadstand_body2 & ipadstand_cap. I think something is missing. - Thanks, Lloyd

Thank you for your message and for trying out our iPad Stand design!
You’re right to notice the lack of locking pins — the parts are actually meant to be assembled using CA glue (cyanoacrylate), which provides a strong and clean bond for 3D printed parts. This method is simple and effective for this kind of foldable structure.
We’ve used a very similar mechanism in our Craycle LED Arm design. If you’d like to see the assembly process in action, we recommend watching the following build video on YouTube:

would you, or do you know of a 3d print designer that could make something for me? i have been adding caddx vista units to my rc vehicles and needing a camera mount for my lraarlo ak787 front hood. im using the original caddx vista cameras, with four mounting holes and 19x19mm.

So I Puechased and downloaded the 4 files for the orca V2. There weren't any wing files? Is there a separate download for wing files for orca? Also... could you guys add winglits on tips of wings. I think that would look cool but also stabilize flight a bit more.
Currently printing body in PA6-CF.

Hey, I just bought your LED arm STL. It seems that not all files are included in the zip file. There are several STL files, Gcode, PDF etc. in the listing. However, in the zip archive there is only one STL file ('ledarm_arm.stl').

Is it possible to get the Ailerons seperated from wing L+R 1 at Crow Beta?? theyre allways stick together when print in LW-PLA.. tried different slicers and print settings .. allways same result.. sticked together ....greets mike

Can you please tell me if there are any bottom ant top layers in any of the models ..print specs do not say .. I started printing the fuse 1 and 2 but it didn't not print rite at all as if they are supposed to have some sort of bottom layer .thankyou

Hi Stealback, thanks for your interest in our models. First of all you should import the curaprofile that we can add in folder. There is description in PDF User Guide. If you don't use Cura slicer, you will need to use it. There is important settings in our curaprofile. After that, you should make some simple changes for each part on craycle.curaprofile. There is a table on the last page in PDF User Guide to see setting differences of the FPV ORCA parts. Also there is everything you need in PDF User Guide. Please follow the instructions in PDF. If your problem is not solved, contact us at info@craycle.com or you can create a post in Facebook Craycle Crafter Group with some pictures. We will help you as soon as possible.

hi, i have problems with Orca printing. I have tried to change 3d printer options but sill i cant print it nicely. Walls of orca_fs_1 look's like places are ripped off, print is not linear, walls have holes. Have tried your gcodes and result is the same. I use Prusa i3 mk2 printer

First off all i am glad you download and and trying to print my ORCA. We have new Facebook Craycle Crafter Group so you can make a post with pictures in details. You should use my craycle.curaprofile on Cura slicer. Did you use?
