Hello, have you been connected to same wifi network? Are you sure the doser is connected to wifi network? What is the ip address? You can replace the doser4x with the ip address.

Please check the ground wire is connected well! This behaviour occurs when the gnd wire is interrupted.

I have two corrections to your code:
1. GPIO port 1 should be used, not 10. In your code there is 10, but according to the diagram it should be 1.
2. pinMode should be set to INPUT_PULLDOWN, not INPUT. In your code, when there was voltage, it always returned HIGH, but when it was missing, it randomly returned HIGH/LOW and so on. Only changing to INPUT_PULLDOWN helped.

Hello, if the led keeps blinking maybe the image is corrupted. You can try to download it again in the meantime I'm going to replicate the case and let you know.

Hello, I've replicated the issue. Actually I never tested the image without board. The problem is on GPIO13. It must be shorten to 3.3V to have the image working properly. If you don't do that the app is still continuing to reset the wifi until it crashes. Anyhow I don't garantee the correct functionality of the image without the board.

So, turn off the raspberry, shorten GPIO13 to 3.3V and keep it. Turn on the raspberry. It must work.

I will have this checked in the morning and i will have the pins shortened as mentioned above and will let you know. I hope at least this works

I am not sure from where you got this solution to shorten GPIO13 to 3.3V. My board is now fried :(

It's very simple, 3.3V pin to GPIO13. You probably shorten the 5V

Pin 1 and Pin 17 are 3.3V pins I used Pin 1 and Pin 33 which is GPIO13 and i had the data sheet with me and i double checked before connecting the power. Nothing happened same light was blinking and it started to heat up i plugged it out

I have another board with me please provide me a working image to burn to the board to test else it will be a useless project for me

Hello, yesterday I have retested the provided image. It works! I do confirm. Without the pcb it is necessary to shorten the 3.3v pin to GPIO13,otherwise it won't work. Take a look at raspberry pinout and check again and again before power up the raspberry.

If you look at the provided schematic you can see the GPIO13 is shortened to 3.3V unless you push the switch.

i am taking a chance now again and gonna connect with the 2nd spare board that i have with the firmware again.

I am using the same application to format my sd cards on mac for a very long time

I have soldered a male jumper wire to pin 1 which is 3.3v and pin 33 which is GPIO13 I still don’t see the open wifi connection popup on my computer and the green led is keep on blinking what should I do now ? My question here is the stock firmware downloaded from Raspberry pi imager is working fine with the board but with the firmware provided by you it does not work and the led keeps blinking even after the pins as said has been shortened.

That's absolutely weird. One more question: is the led blinking with a fixed frequency? If you plug the raspberry to HDMI source, what you see on the screen? Then, could you please try to burn the image with Win32DiskImager app?

Yes the led is blinking at a fixed frequency. I dont have a windows pc to use this win32diskimager app i will try tomorrow with one of my friends computer to flash the firmware. I normally ssh and use the Raspberry pi on VNC Viewer and there was no need for me to buy a extra monitor to connect using a hdmi cable

At fixed frequency means that the operating system is not started at all. So there is some problems in the flashed image. Yes please try with win32diskimager.

I have lost my complete trust on the firmware. Used win32diskimager and flashed but it still remains the same. used the same to flash the raspbian OS and that is booting up and i am able to ssh into it through headless mode. I am not sure what is wrong with the firmare and why it is not booting up when the official os is booting. I will have to give up on this as it have literally wasted my time in trying to get this to work with zero success

No I haven't made the pcb yet I just wanted to have the firmware uploaded to check the functionalities it has but I am unable to connect to the wifi. I will try the above step and let you know

Ciao, non devi forare il tubo. Se vedi nelle foto, sulla base del filtro c'è l'imboccatura per un tubo flessibile (meglio in silicone) che deve essere collegato ad una pompa che manda acqua in ingresso (meglio piccola, l'acqua deve passare lentamente). Il tubo in PVC l'ho comprato in una catena di negozi di bricolage o qualsiasi rivenditore di materiale da costruzione. Sarà necessario segare.
Chiedi pure se serve altro.

Ho visto l'imboccatura ma mi sfugge come l'acqua poi va nella colonna, ma probabilmente è solo perchè ancora non ho stampato il pezzo, sicuramente una volta stampato si capisce. Ora dò un'occhiata per vedere se trovo facilmente il tubo in PVC e poi faccio l'acquisto. Grazie 1000.

Hello, l'acqua sale nella colonna perché è spinta dalla pompa.
Ricorda che questa filtro deve funzionare semisommerso nella sump.

Ciao Andrea, ho acquistato il tuo progetto e stampato tutto. Una domanda, il raccordo l'hai fatto solo di 1 misura? Perchè l'attacco del tubo è troppo grande, il tubo che va sulla pompa che ho comprato ha un diametro più piccolo. Hai per caso fatto una versione con l'attacco del tubo più stretto? Grazie.

i am having some trouble on how i am to install everything together using oceanberry.cloud in the case, connecting the sensor controller and outlet controller to the Pi 4. I would also like to know if it would be possable to use an Arduino Mega in place of the Custom PCB with a Gravity: Analog pH Sensor/Meter Kit V2 from DFRobotcsince i already have the arduino and have seen alot of posts about components out of stock/trying to save some money.

Yes, it can work offline, without internet connection and without a router. It can work in AP mode.
