Where did u design your supercharger what software ???

Hello, there are plenty of different design software options out there that could work.

Hi there, the stock TRX4-Sport (not the High Trail version) uses 313mm wheelbase, which is too short for the 4320 V2 Single Cab and 4320 DC Expedition Cab combo. It should physically fit but the front tyres will likely rub on the front fenders when turning. Because of this, custom body mounts might need to be fabricated.

The simplest way to use the TRX4‑Sport with this body combo is to convert your chassis to 324 mm, which should just require longer rear links. There are also guides available online for the conversion that you can follow.

What you'll need to do:
- 4320 V2 Single cab and the 4320 DC expedition cab are sold separately. (https://cults3d.com/:735913) and (https://cults3d.com/:754814)
- Aftermarket shock towers are not needed for the stock TRX4-Sport as it does not use inner fenders with integrated shock mounts.
- Remove middle floor section and relocate electronics.
- Remove the stock rear shock towers, front and rear bumper mounts, and install the included TRX4 shock towers, and body mounting parts.

Please download the new .PDF files that are included. All 13 windows are there.

Что означают буквы на некоторых деталях? например на петлях дверей ,на креплении багажника ? (U452)

На багажнике разобрался что значит буква Т. А на петлях дверей нет.Какие петли куда крепить ?

These screenshots below show the file name of each hinge. The letter "U" indicated the front door's upper hinges (front door hinge high R1 (upper), front door hinge low R1 (upper), front door hinge high L1 (upper), front door hinge low L1 (upper).

Hello, is it possible to adjust the file to 162 mm wheelbase?

Please could you let me know which model you're referring to, that you would like to be modified?

Sorry, I mean this: Crawler Baby Cat 1 Pritsche - 1/18 TRX4M RC-Aufbau

Thanks for the clarification.

I assume you're hoping to mount the flatbed to the 162mm TRX4M High Trail?

The Cat 1 TRX4M Flatbed was originally designed for the standard TRX4M chassis with a wheelbase of 155mm. I can modify it to 162mm, but the High Trail may still face some fitment issues:

  1. The High Trail's shock towers are different from the standard TRX4M. If they're taller than the standard TRX4M's shock towers, there may not be enough clearance to mount the flatbed properly.

  2. The flatbed's rear chassis mount uses the holes at the end of the chassis rails. The High Trail's longer rails shift this position, so the holes won't align. Some drilling might be needed.

  3. The lifted ride height of the High Trail may cause the body to sit too high relative to the wheels, though this depends on the shock towers if the chassis rail heights are the same.

If you're comfortable with some DIY adjustments, modifications and some general trial and error testing, I can extend the TRX4M Flatbed fenders to 162mm. Alternatively, converting the High Trail to the standard TRX4M setup might be a simpler and cleaner fit.

Thanks.

You're about to get a lot of my money🤣 looking forward to doing business in the near future.

Thanks for letting me know, I really appreciate you looking out for us. We have never licensed any of our products, so any listing of our products that's not from us, is unauthorized.

It's frustrating to see our work being misued, but your support means a lot to us.

Thanks for the heads up!

im looking for a body just like this for a scx10 6x6. would you happen to be able to edit it to fit my chassis and or have a body for it?

Hi, thanks for checking us out! Which body are you considering for your SCX10 6x6? Our full body sets are typically listed separately, cab, and rear attachment.

SCX10 ii mounts are typically included with the cab, so that should fit the SCX10 6x6 chassis on its own. 6x6 rear attachments are usually designed for the TRX6. Depending on which rear attachment you're looking at, I might be able to redesign the mounts for your chassis but I'd need some specific dimensions and measurements as we no longer have that chassis on hand.

I was looking at the crawler cat 1 and tow bed

I've had a look and it should be doable without too much too much redesigning. I will work on it now and upload the modified parts to the listing when done. Will let you know how it goes so you can decide before making the purchase.

Please could you measure the wheelbase from the front axle to the middle axle, and also front axle to rear axle?

Do you think any of your bodyshell would scale down to micro sized? 1/24 or even 1/32

Hi, thanks for your interest! Scaling down our body shells isn’t usually recommended, as hardware fit and tolerances can be affected. That said, adapting our TRX4M 1/18 bodies to 1/24 is generally more practical than scaling from 1/10.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm fairly proficient in 3D Studio, but I did think 1:10 to 1:24 might be a push!

Hello, I purchased a file thinking I had the cabin, since it showed the complete Crowler, but when I downloaded the file, it only showed the rear part, and what I was looking for was the cabin.

Hi, sorry about that. I have just refunded the order for you. I will add to the description, to make it more clear that the cabin is not included.

Thank you very much, I still haven't received the refund.

It may take a while for the Cults3D team to process the refund, please be patient. If you have any other issues, please contact the Cults3D team.

I am interested in knowing if you have the design of the cabin of a RC4WT 6x6 BEAST2, if you have it I am interested in purchasing that file

We do have a Cat 1 cabin that looks like the body used on the Beast 2 crawler. However the dimensions are different. You may also have to fabricate your own custom mounts to get it to fit. Thank you for checking out our products, by the way! Here's the link: https://cults3d.com/:854883

Also, just a friendly reminder that the linked listing for the Cat 1 "Mammoth" is for the cabin only.

I'll be honest, we don't know about the manufacturing of the supports. I'd like to know if you would do the complete manufacturing and sell the file. I'm interested.

Usually supports are automatically generated in your 3D printer's "slicer". It detects the overhanging angles and adds supports automatically. We have also split the cabin into 4 parts for easier printing on a small printer bed.

Could you please send us that file and not issue the refund? I'm more interested in the cabin file.

Here's an example of one way to print the cab parts using "tree supports". The green coloured parts are the supports.
https://ibb.co/1fqLspxL
https://ibb.co/ZRNppCB0

Could you please send us that file and not issue the refund? I'm more interested in the cabin file.

I’ve already initiated the refund for your original purchase, so unfortunately I’m not able to cancel or swap it at this point. You should see the refund as soon as it has been processed.

If you're still interested in the cabin file, it’s still available in the store. It is also priced €5 more than the 6x6 flatbed.

why am i getting file not available on the cat1 flatbed after i bought it

It seems like Cults3D had a little issue with their download servers. It should be resolved now. If you're still having problems with downloading the files, please contact the Cults3D team. Thank you.

Do you have planned to make a fit for boom racing and cross rc? Because its popular rc :)

And Idea to you make an like land rover body would be cool! I know its not planned but will be very Nice :D

Hello, thanks for suggesting these two chassis and the body shell idea. I'll have a look at and see if our body shells are suitable for these chassis. They certainly are very scale accurate.

Will also save the Land Rover idea for more thought in the future :)

Hi, is it possible to get the CAD-Data of it? Maybe .iges or .step?
Best regards Niko

Thanks for your interest! I provide STL files only for my designs and don’t offer STEP or editable CAD formats. This helps me protect the integrity of my work while still allowing makers to enjoy and print the designs as intended. I appreciate your understanding!

Hey on that SCX10 III flatbed that don't shown on the gladiator mines a legendary granddo which is pretty much exactly the SCX10 - 3 chassis And I purchased a toe crane for it and I almost have it mounted but if I could just get a flatbed for it to mount to it and then do one of those type of half cab bodies for it trying to make it my recovery rig for me and my son's RC trucks and cars I'm not sure if I could send pictures but I just was curious if that file you have would work I would imagine right if it's an SCX10 -3? Thanks for your help Hope to hear back soon thank you

Hi, the Gladiator flatbed STL files are made for the SCX10 III Gladiator, so as long as the chassis rails hole positions are the same (at the rear portion), it should work.

The flatbed's mounts bolt onto the rear chassis rails holes, so you'll need to remove the rear inner fenders.

The files aren’t super easy to modify digitally as they are .STL, but manual drilling and a bit of tweaking should allow you to mount the tow crane comfortably.

I think it should make for quite a solid recovery rig!

Thanks for posting up dimensions on the cab. I was wondering if scaling this down to 1/14 would be possible.

You're welcome. Generally it is not recommended to scale down as tolerances, screw holes and diameters will all change from the intended design. All hardware as shown in the instruction manual will also be different.

Scaling down has been done successfully before by some of our customers, so it is possible. But please be prepared to do some manual modifications and DIY work such as filing, drilling, reaming...etc.

Yeah, scaling can cause issues. I really like the design so I might attempt it. Hopefully I'm successful

i'm looking at your crawler cat mammoth cab for a project i'm starting. my goal was to have this at 1/14 scale to match other vehicles in my fleet. given the number of parts i'm guessing scaling everything to 1/14 (vs 1/10) would be very difficult. do you have anything that shows dimensions on the cab as it existing in 1/10?

Hi, sorry I missed your message. Just received the notification. Screenshots of the Cat 1 Mammoth cab dimensions have been uploaded to the listing. Please see pics 7-9 in the listing's gallery.

Thanks for providing the dimensions

I was looking through the files for the Expedition cab as Im trying to mount it on the chassis but I dont really see anything marked for the SCXIII build I see stuff for the TRX , How did you mount the rear Cab to the Chassis ?

Hi, so I've had a look and found that as this was one of the earliest designs, mounts for the DC expedition cab were not provided due to the custom specced chassis and wheelbase. A new set of mounts for the stretched SCX10 iii is now being developed though and should be ready very soon. Will let you know once it's done. Sorry about the hiccup!

awesome ! thank you so much. I can at least get the Expedition cab all set up., I ran into an issue with the Front Cab. I was tuning the truck and it took off and smashed against the wall breaking the cab in like 5 pieces so I have to reprint lol

hello i am in love with the kei truck but i have one question what base are u using like a trx4,axial sx10III ?

Hi, thank you so much! For the Kei cab and flatbed, we used a Vanquish VS4-10 chassis with shortened rear links to make a custom wheelbase of 290mm. TRX4 and SCX10 III* (JLU version, NOT Basecamp) will also work providing they have a wheelbase of 313mm or 324mm.

*The flatbed is designed for chassis with a lower and more forward type of transmission such as the Vanquish VFD and Traxxas TRX4. Standard SCX10 style 3 gear transmission will most likely sit too high for the bed to fit on the chassis properly.

Hello , can you give me some links to the place to purchase some files ? I’d like this cab (CRAWLER C23 “WORKHORSE” (OSHKOSH MTVR REPLICA) - 1/10 RC BODY) on my trx6 . Is there a way or a file to mount the cab to the tow bed big enough to haul a crawler.

Hi, so I've had a look if this combo is possible, and unfortunately in their stock forms the C23 cab will not work with the Cat 1 Tow Bed, please see the screenshots of the mock up.
https://ibb.co/jPWcFhHS
https://ibb.co/WNby6Prr

However if you're really certain and decided on using this combo, I could do some edits to the tow bed files to try and shorten it, to let the cab fit without the clearance issues, just let me know.

Link to C23 cab "Workhorse": https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/crawler-c23-workhorse
Link to Cat 1 Tow Bed: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/crawler-cat-1-trx6-tow-bed-1-10-rc-body-attachment

i absolutely love the look of that. if you could fit the cab and the tow bed on a trx6 id Glady purchase the files.

a bonus if it can still fit a crawler on the bed for towing!

Great! I'll start working on it, let you know when it's done.

looking forward to it

Here you go: https://cults3d.com/:2894349

This is the free download link to the Cat 1 TRX6 Tow Bed's conversion parts to fit with the C23 cab.

How to use:
After you've purchased and downloaded the Cat 1 TRX6 Tow Bed files, download the free conversion parts next and replace the Cat 1 Tow Bed's files with the C23's files where applicable.
The parts include split and 1 piece parts, so please choose the more suitable one for your printer.

Specs for the tow bed are shown in the photos in the listing, so please measure your the RC crawler you intend to use and ensure there's enough space. In terms of bed width, there are 2 widths depending on which tow bed flare you decide to use. Specs for this is written in the Cat 1 Tow Bed's page.

Hope this suits your needs!

Also I haven't had enough time to properly test it out yet, but based on the CAD mockup, there doesn't seem to be any clearance issues with the combo. However, if you do happen to run into issues just let me know, and I will fix them.

is it possible to design an interior for the Man KaT1 and the Bog 406?

Hello there, thanks for your interest! Other than the already provided dashboard and steering wheel, unfortunately there aren't any plans to do a full interior with flooring, as it is too difficult to guarantee proper fit of the interior and floor parts across all the different chassis these bodies are being used with.

hello, I'm printing this (Crawler Cat 1 “Mammoth” (MAN KAT 1 replica) - 1/10 RC body) and id like to know how the body mounts to the trx6 Chassie . iv printed the mounts but I'm having Clearence issues with fender wells . could i get some pics or instructions ? that would help me out a lot thank you

Included with the Cat 1 cab are TRX4 TRX6 cab mounts. The parts to look for are "chassis mount TRX4 TRX6" and "body mount TRX4 TRX6".

  1. Replace the original TRX6's front bumper mount with "chassis mount TRX4 TRX6".
  2. Attach "body mount TRX4 TRX6" to Cat 1 cab, matching the 8 holes (4 on each side of the cab), and securing it with 8x M3*15mm screws.
  3. Line up the cab assembly onto "chassis mount TRX4 TRX6", and secure with 4x M3*30mm screws, 4x M3 washers, and 4x M3 nuts.

I've attached some screenshots and to help visualize how the body mounts work.
https://ibb.co/Z6sCK6SM
https://ibb.co/rKn0Bzj8
https://ibb.co/F4Q8DCgB

Regarding the clearance in the fender wells, check that the cab isn't sitting on top of the right side shock tower (if so, try filing away some material on the cab's contact area). Please also check that the printed cab is the TRX4 TRX6 version from the "Cat 1 Quarter Split Update" folder.

Screenshot highlighting the difference between the 2 cabs:
https://ibb.co/xtn20xvt

i did print the trx6 version with the slot cut out, the part the cab is hitting is the passenger side fender well. it's not letting the cab sit low enough to mount to the bumper mount. there is like a 3-5 mm gap. the bumper mount only fits in the frame rails one direction so i have no idea whats not right. i have followed the instructions and my cab and mount look identical to the pictures your provided, but it will not fit on the trx6 without removing the passenger side fender well that also doubles as the shock tower.

Just wondering, have you removed the front inner fenders? Try removing them if you haven't already, as the cab was designed to work without them.

i haven't removed them because they are holding the shocks. do i need to purchase another part for the front shocks to mount to?

Yes, you would need to use aftermarket front shock towers for this to work (unless you don't mind trimming the inner fenders). Sorry I should have clarified better. We're using an unbranded version of this specific one: https://www.amazon.com/LCX-Aluminum-Adjustable-Absorbers-Accessories/dp/B08MFQ8LTL

Was excited to download the v2 of the Ural 4320, but sadly the revised cab models are just a shade too big to fit on my Creality Ender 3 Pros print bed. This looks to be because the files for the main cab come in fewer single pieces. I appreciate this increases strength, but somewhat moot if I'm unable to print them. Do you have any plans for further revisions to work around this issue, or am I limited to the V1?

It really is just a smidge too wide for your printer. If you haven't already, please could you try rotating on the Z axis the "cab" and the "front half" .STLs to see if they'll fit? There might be a little more space if placed diagonally aligned on the bed.

If this doesn't work, it would be a little difficult to rework the design without drastically changing the structure and how the parts assemble, unless it's shrinking the fenders so it's less wide overall (Let me know if you would like to try this option). Otherwise I'll need to have a look at it and see if there's any chance that might work. Thanks for your support by the way!

Appreciate the swift response.. and you're welcome for the support - I'm a huge 4320 fan so finding these great files as the basis for a 6x6 truck project was fantastic.

Diagonally, it doesn't fit. If I rotate it 90 degrees from the front plane (which would be around the Z axis, I think as you suggest) so that the doors are put on the Y axis (if that makes sense), then yeah it'll work. Significantly increases print time; largely due to all the extra support that is required, but at least its an option.

Would you like to try a slightly narrower version? I could try to narrow the fenders by 6mm on each side which will bring the overall width to 217mm, which should allow a tiny bit of wiggle room.

That would be brilliant, thank you. I measured the width of the Pro-Line Power Wagon shell which I was going to use on this 6x6 chassis until I found the 4320. Believe it or not, it measures at 217mm at its widest point, so your suggestion should work fine - certainly worth a try.

Sounds good, I will work on it first thing in the morning and let you know as soon as it's done and ready for download!

The new files have been added in a separate .zip file, please redownload. Other than the cab and front half files, the headlight enclosures have also been modified slightly to better fit the narrowed fenders.

Thank you for this. Total legend. The fit is really tight, especially for the cab, but it's definitely a huge step forward from where it was and the slightly narrower size isn't really noticable either.

Awesome, really glad to hear!

I was going through the provided instruction and had one question, Do you have any mesuraments of the parts ? My printer some times has issues with sizing and will make things larger or smaller. I printed the Front wall out for the carrier and wanted to make sure it printed the size correctly.

thank you

Hi, the dimensions for the front wall of the DC Expedition cab is: 230x197x6mm.

Hello , love the design! can u upload a trx4 full cap so it would be in 1 piece?

Hello thank you for the kind words! Our design philosophy is to require assembly using different parts and hardware to complete a body, this is because if a part breaks out on the trail, that specific part can be re-printed and re-assembled.

With that said, there are quite a few highly skilled 3D modellers out there who specialize in 1 piece bodies, that might better suit your needs.
