I just bought the Puzzle Love Bath Bomb mold and it keeps erroring in the slicer. It won't allow the walls to build. It breaks apart from the bottom base. Using Cura.
hello! i just bought some files from you and one of them it's not working. I get 2 errors from bambustudio. 1. the file doens't contain any geometry data and 2. Loading of a model file failed. It's the rainbow bath bomb mold. Can you please help? Thank you!
Don't bother trying to contact them, they don't respond, they don't put up new designs, and even though they say that they still take requests and that they'll never stop designing, they haven't. Last designs were September 2024 ( only a few). Before that it was June 2024, again just a few. I think they've given up. Maybe they don't need our money anymore.
Has the sonnic mold been tested by someone who actually makes bath bombs?

I am having problems with the valentine’s calendar file. Slicing it in Bambu and orca there is a problem with the surface of the plunger not being smooth. There appears to be walls and divets. Any thoughts on how to correct this, please?
