Hello! I've added your request to our list and will definitely fix those supports. In the meantime, the unsupported version is available in your purchase under the _STL folder. There's also a _LYS version if you want to change the supports yourself.

Hey just wanted to pass along this comment I made on Chaos - Plague Sons + 32mm Void Infestation bases set:
The file description tab lists 10 body files.
However it looks like the stl files 6-10 are repeats of 1-5.
Now that I look closer at the pictures I see that the marines share the same 5 body models.
Is there a difference between the files?

There are 5 body sculpts, each available in 2 different poses, giving you a total of 10 body variations.

That is what I guessed, however it appears the STL files are exact duplicates.
For instance when I load in body file 3 and body file 8, they are identical and can overlap perfectly.
I double-checked, and while the STL versions were correct, it seems a mischievous error occurred in the supported versions, causing bodies 6–10 to be exact copies. This issue has now been fixed.

Sorry for the long time getting back to you.
I am actually using the unsupported models to try to get my slicer to assemble and print the all up version without having to use glue post print. Just checked, the unsupported models are still duplicated. The supported checked out though.

Just purchased Anubis file and there is nothing in the file when it gets downloaded it says 5 pieces but when I go to open it the response I get is nothing in this file

Hello, for your steelhound kit, the supported torso part is substantially scaled down compared to the unsupported version.
Why is that?
I have printed 2 whole models, and mostly tried assembling, realised none of the arms or legs fit.
Checked the folder , and sure enough, the torso is like 30% scaled down or something. a Huge amount.
Am I meant to scale everything else down?
Or should I scale UP the torso?
How much should I scale it for?
Why is this mentioned nowhere on your listing on cults, or in the download folder?
Huge loss of resin, and plenty of headaches as a result. not good.

Unfortunately , myminifactory isn't a platform that I use, due to their high tax charges and library keeping fees.

Hey there! I bought your Death Reaper model and it is amazing! I do have a question though. When I printed it out, its rather a bit bigger than what its supposed to proxy, my slicer says it printed at 100% but the main base only really fits on an 80mm base. Did I do something wrong? Was it supposed to be scaled down to fit on a 40mm? Thanks!

This model is designed to fit an 80mm base, as we wanted to give it a more epic presence. You could potentially fit it on a 40mm base, but it might not be very stable at its current size. However, scaling down is possible, and it should work without any issues.

Thats great? The stamp looks fine and printed correctly on my side, the problem is I'm not getting any real detail transfer. And it doesn't really look like a skull.
If, in your opinion, the product doesn't meet your expectations, would you like a refund?
Is there a trick to the skull stamper? All the skulls coming lacking detail and generally looking like crap. Even scaled up no difference.
Hi, We successfully printed the stamp using Elegoo 8K resin at 0.03 mm resolution, which is essential for this kind of small and detailed object.
Hi this might be an odd request but are there any build instructions for the Chaos - Angel of Death model I'm having trouble getting the chains to line up properly to hold the model up.
Hi, we don't have a tutorial at the moment, but it might be a good idea to create one. In the meantime, I recommend gluing the chains to the base first. You should find it easy, as each chain has its specific place on the base and fits perfectly only into that space. After that, it's easy and straightforward to glue the model to the chains.

hey man, just bought and printed your infernal mech. i gotta say, that kid is freaking gorgeus dude. i cannot stop looking at it. after the first one was done, there was no question about it, i needed one for each chaos god. amazing design. - constructive critisism: a few extra leg/shoulder options would really make the package complete as the knights quickly look similar.
