Hey my dude!! What's uuuuuuuuuuuup! We are sorry to hear that this has happened to you, usually pre support files work for specific printers that they used it on. also, specific resin brands as well. I would always test print one file before printing the whole batch to see if their pre supports work well for you. We advise you to use the NON-SUPPORTED for this model, with these you will have no problems.

Hello, I just purchased the Wicked Harry Bust 280mm, but I'm having trouble with the head file since it is over 100MB. Do you have a smaller file size available? I saw a 50 and 100 folder, assuming those are sizes. Do you have a 25 one? Thank you

Hey bro! What’s upppp? I was wondering if your work is generally for filament or resin printers? I love the hogwarts motel would that be doable on a P1S? Or is that more of a resin print? I’m still new so I don’t know how to tell between resin and filament prints by the look of them

Hey my dude! What's uuuuuuuuuuuup! All our models are designed to be printed in resin or FDM. You will have no problem with either of the two materials you choose.

What we do recommend is that if you are going to print in FDM you do it in a not so small scale, so you will not lose any detail, but, in general, you will not have problems with the printing.
