I bought the Freddie Kruger model and since there are no legs ( which the base requires) , it's impossible to place the torso on anything ? If you are not able to send a base which works with the bust, may I get a refund ?

Hi guys, tries to contact you on fbk and patreon, im having issues with the gremlins carol singers file, i downloaded it from gumroad (full diorama) 1st but the file for them just isnt there says nothing downloaded but all rest of models was fine, i then re paud and downloaded just the carol singers from here but still having same issue, is there anyway you could check the file for me as its the last 4 pieces i need to complete the diorama, i can show proof of purchase if ypu contact me back via fbk messenger
I have since downloaded the spider gremlin file and had no issues at all so must be a problem with the file
