hey, Bambu p1s - for you CG stand, Bambu studio says "too close to exclusion area" : / how to solve this properly??

RC Balance BODY-01.STL is the file I am talking about

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I will investigate and provide an answer.

it's just a simple fact that it is too large for p1s, which is not too cool, whilep1s in no small printer at all, retty standard and now unable to print this....

....maybe simply update the file RC Balance BODY-01.STL so it's more standard sized, by reducing the height by 20mm?

If you look at picture number nine, which shows the part in question, the part size is 240 mm × 240 mm. What is the maximum print area of your printer?
I’m not sure why you’re having problems, but maybe you could try rotating the part slightly to fit within the print area.

rotating won't do. Size of printer is officially 256x256, but naturally Bambu studio has necessary exclusion area

Ok no problem. I will issue a refund for your troubles. Kindest regards

yes ok and let me know when you do thx....

Hey! I purchased the RC crawler obstacle collection. I’ve been printing a few obstacles for my desk. I noticed that it’s missing the single-tire angled ramps that can be used in one of the bridges. I definitely like the look and want to print this bridge. Would you be able to send me the files? Thanks!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. I will do my best to assist you. If I understand correctly, the single tire ramp is the same part for both sides. Simply rotate the part, and it should fit. Please let me know if that works. Warmest regards,

I don’t have any file containing the ramp. I’m talking about the triangular shaped ramps, not the flat boards.

OK, let’s narrow this down. In the picture thumbnails, can you identify which picture (e.g., picture 1, 2, 4, etc.) shows the missing part and specify the color of that part?

Sorry, wish I could attach photos. Thumb 1 - brown ramps on the top right, which are the same are the gray ramps on the top left incorporated into the bridge structure.

When reviewing my listing, I see that the STL file is attached. I have uploaded an image on the first page with a red arrow highlighting the file in question. Can you double-check?

Yeah, for whatever reason I don’t have it. Maybe something on my end? Who knows. If I can grab that single file, that would be great.

Actually, looks like I can redownload my original purchase and I have the file now. Disregard! Sorry for the hassle.

Hi I believe item 1 in the photo is missing looks like an L shaped support beam for the wing

Thank you for clarifying. Upon review, I see that you’ll need the ‘plane_cg_balancer-5.STL’ file, which should be included in the zip download. You will need to print two copies, one for each side. Please let me know if you can locate the file. Thank you!

Really sorry don't know how I missed that, thanks for the speedy response I have it now.

Hi just downloaded the files to this great project but the arms that support the wings dont seem to be there. 7 files in total 3 of which are the base. thin file 1 is missing, cheers

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I will certainly help you with your question. To clarify, in the listing, the first image shows a picture with each part itemized in red. Can you tell me which item number you are missing based on the picture? Thank you

Hello. I purchased your toe and camber kit but the files dont correspond with the downloaded files. Im missing the plate for toe - instead I have one thats called left and one thats called right. They are way too wide to fit a 1/10 scale car.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I will certainly help you with your question. To clarify, in the second image with the 2D line drawing, the top plates marked “LEFT” and “RIGHT” are held together with a joining peg. Are you missing the file for the joining peg, or are you saying that, once assembled, the top plate is too wide for your RC car? I do have a smaller version of the kit that is suited for smaller vehicles. See link https://cults3d.com/:354771. Let me know if that might be a better choice for you.

Hello. Yes, the top plate is way too wide for my RC car. It said in the description that is was for a 1/10 car so I just assumed that it would fit my car. I can see that your other version might be more suitable for my use.

Understood. I have created a one time use coupon for the smaller version. Go to the link and type in FREE in the coupon section. You should be able to download the file at no charge. See link https://cults3d.com/:354771

Thank you very much. Thats much appreciated.

Hi! I just purchased your Tesla Mobile Connector wall mount, then found the "fun pack" and purchased that as well. I don't suppose there's any refund ability since the fun pack seems to contain the wall mount as well? Also, could you explain what the lightning holder is for?

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Yes, no problem, I will refund you for one of the orders. The lightning cable holder is for a unique Apple device docking station, see images in the listing. The fun pack has a few other Tesla-related items. I will issue the refund now. Kind regards.

Excellent, thank you! And I must have missed those images. Thanks for the heads up!

Hi, I want to ask you a question about 'Apple Pro Docking Station', is the connections for Iphone C-type? And is this a single print or multiple parts connected to each other? Thank you for your help :)

Hello, thank you for your question. I believe the model you are referring to, Apple Pro Docking Station' is not compatible with Type-C cables. However, I do have a more recent design that is compatible with Type-C and is an easy print. Check it out here https://cults3d.com/:2187866. I hope this helps. Kind regards

Hello, I really liked your stand for adjusting the suspension angles, but I can't pay for it due to regional restrictions, can I contact you somehow? I really hope for your answer. Thanks

Hello, thank you for your kind message. Can you indicate exactly which version you are interested in? Please provide the link. Thank you

Please try this. Enjoy! And thank you for your support. Enter this in the coupon section for this model. ONE-TIME-COUPON

I'm thrilled, thank you so much.

Hi,
I'm missing lock nut for RC cg balancer in rc-combo-pack20191104 and the ironman RC table stand doesn't fits
for my Bambu build volume 256 × 256 × 256 mm³ have you a proper one for me?

thanks Juergen

Hello, thank you for reaching out. If you scale down both parts (RC Table Stand-2 and RC Table Stand-3a) to 85%, then the parts should fit the Bambu build volume. As for the locking pin on the balancer, I believe you mean the center bearing. This requires hardware: QTY 2 - Standard ball bearing, 22mm diameter x 7mm width. Let me know if you have any questions. Kind regards

Hello, I understand. Thank you for your support and fast response. :-)

hello. do i have to rescale the simulator base? because i print them as it is but it doesnt fit with the sim body. the base is too big and wide

Hello, the base should be scaled down by 60 percent. However, let me investigate why my STL files are not being accepted by my settings. I will advise later today and confirm. Thank you.

Hello, I have updated the files to revision 04. The scale on the base was supposed to be 60 percent. I'm not sure what happened with my original upload, but it should be fixed now. You should be able to revisit the original download page on Cults and re-download them at no additional charge. Let me know if everything works out. Kind regards

hello. how do you print with multi color for the CAE sim bay model? do you have like per parts of that one?

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Some Cult3D members would paint the different accent features. Other members would print, color, and apply decals to the physical model. However, with newer printers from Bambu Labs, I believe can multi-color print using a slicer program such as Bambu Studio; however, this will use a lot of filament for purging. I hope this helps. Kind regards

hi i was wondering if phone booth was pninted on its side or standing thank you

Hello, thank you for reaching out. The phone booth prints standing up. Kind regards

Hi I purchased the 3d rc car setup station. I was just wondering how it is used to measure the TOE. I can see how it is used to measure Camber, but where is the measurement gauge for the TOE? I'm sure I'm just missing something, but this type of tool is new to me.

Thanks!
Gary

Hello, thank you for reaching out. The toe adjustment in this particular case is measured through the top ruler, with the line increments serving as a reference point for consistency between the left and right side wheels. The rotation of the toe is limited due to the nature of this design and the limitations of 3-D printing. However, you should be able to achieve consistency by referencing the lined increments on the top ruler. Here is a video showing some useful tips. https://youtu.be/MFaDFHMMRZg?si=GsI6KwuOgHmONqPp

Thank you, that helped!

Hi, can you make new simulator designs based on photos?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. At this time, due to a heavy workload, I am unable to create new models. However, if you would like to send me the pictures, I can review them, and if time permits, I might be able to produce a model and keep you informed.

Thank you again, and kind regards.

Do you happen to print and sell for assembly? I don’t have a printer unfortunately.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I do not print and sell my items. However, I’m curious to know which model you’re interested in—maybe there’s something we can do.

I’m sorry, I’m must of forgot to add it. New to this. It is the:
RC CAR STAND WITH HARDWARE ORGANIZER - HEAVY DUTY

I should asked too, does the fit LaTrax Teton? New to this hobby

Thanks for providing more detail, however, I don’t think the stand will work on your RC vehicle. I’ve added a few pictures at the end of the listing. You’ll see the platform size as reference. Let me know if you see those pictures stand is printed in orange.

Yes I did see the pics and it is slightly to big but I found a solution. Forgot a buddy of mine has a printer. Thank you for your help.

hey, curious if you could remix the rc alignment station for me with smaller measure increments, using it for a 1/27 scale car

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I’ll do my best to assist you. Could you please provide some pictures along with the dimensions of the modifications you're looking for? I'm trying to understand the specifics. Thank you!

Hey yes it’s for tiny increments this is a pic of the cars front end https://ibb.co/9s5Qbmd
https://ibb.co/Wk8c16g

Here are a few more pics of what I’m looking for https://ibb.co/jwDDB3S
https://ibb.co/j8gFyyD
https://ibb.co/KFs6wQ5

Hello, Thank you for providing more details. I now understand what you mean. You are looking for small increments, which is what you mentioned in your previous comment. I believe I currently have 2 degrees and might be able to reduce it to 1 degree. I will review and get back to you this week.

Hello, I managed to create another part with finer markings. You should be able to revisit the original download page on Cults and re-download them at no additional charge. Look for this file, BASE with Finer graduation Markings-01.STL. Let me know if that works. Kind regards

Hi, I have purchased CAE flight simulator and printed but the size of the base and the simulator itself do not match itself. They both are scaled to 100%. Should I set a custom scale for them to fşt?

fit*?

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I believe I understand the issue and will review my files. I will provide an update shortly.

Hello,

Please download the following two files:

CAE 5000xr Body-03.STL
CAE 5000xr Mini-03.STL

Import them into your slicer and let me know if the size works.

You should be able to revisit the original download page on Cults and re-download them at no additional charge.

Best regards,

Thanks for your fast reply, but the new model you have uploaded "CAE 5000xr Body-03.STL" is exactly the same height as the one I have previously downloaded (111 mm in z-axis). The base I have downloaded is 99.70 mm (right descent). I have printed both but they dont fit because the base is bigger ratio-wise. I am not going to reprint the Body because it is a more intense multicolor print, so I would like to reprint the base (right descent version), but I dont know how much I shall scale it down. I do not want to try it iteratively because it will be a huge waste of filament. If you can probably figure out the factor I need to scale down the base properly so they would fit well.

Also I do not want to put any pressure but it would be great if we can find the correct value in hurry so I can print it before tomorrow evening and gift it to my aviator friend for new years, this is why I bought the model in the first place.

Looking forward for your reply.

I believe I should scale it down to 60%

Hello, thank you for the information. Yes, 60% is the scale that I used. I will need to continue my review on my end, as I do not see the error when importing the STL files into the slicer. Please let me know how this model turned out when you have a chance.

As a token of appreciation for your troubles, please take a look at my store and let me know if there are any two items you would like. I will make the necessary arrangements to provide them to you for free.

Kind regards

Hi there! Your RC Car stand is one of the best I have printed! THank you! I was wondering if you could also make posts that fit a Maxx body? I could provide measurements if that would help. I use these as display stands and they move around if I touch the shelf at all. Thanks so much!

Hello, thank you for reaching out and for your wonderful feedback. It is greatly appreciated. Yes, I would be happy to assist you. If you could provide the dimensions and perhaps a few pictures of how you’re currently using the stand, that would be great. I can then determine if the modifications are feasible and make the larger stand available.

Thanks so much for the quick reply! It would actually just require a change to the little stand adapters that slide down into the small square holes. Your zip contains 125mm and 150mm. The Maxx would require a smaller one due to the shape of the frame. 60mm should be very close. I have pictures for you but cannot seem to post them here.

Perfect! The pictures explain exactly what you’re looking for. I will look at this later today and post the updated adaptors. I will let you know when it’s ready.

Hello,

I have uploaded the files as per your request. There are two versions, with the second one featuring longer pegs. Please review them and let me know which one works for you.

The files are named:

RC STAND Support 60mm LONG PEGS.STL
RC STAND Support 60mm SHORT PEGS.STL

You should be able to revisit the original download page on Cults and re-download them at no additional charge.

Best regards,

This is PERFECT! Thank you for the prompt attention to this! I left a comment on the item as well. The 60mm short should work perfectly. I will definitely be buying more of your designs!

Glad to hear 👍🏻

Hello, i buyed this but is not fitting on my Flashforge Adventure 5M, plate is 220X220X220 , can you resize it please? thanks You forgot to put at description the size of the file!!!!

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Are you still having issues with this file? I can certainly try to help you. Thank you.

Hi great job! I'd like to have a dock like Star War that you made but Alien version with a xenomorph? Is it something achievable?

Hello, thank you for reaching out. Are you still having issues with this file? I can certainly try to help you. Thank you.

I purchased the mini crawler track and a few of the obstacles wont load properly. Looks like the files are too small. seesaw, ridge ramp, ramp, mini-mountain, log, etc.
