I added 2 files for now, in different fonts. The 3mf file is editable in the text area if you click on text in the slicer your using. The ghost host download file , the new files will be there if you re download. It sends you an email with the updated file as well :)

no it will always be saved there for you, you can download them as much as you need. So if you ever delete them, just go back into your account and click on your icon image in the right hand corner and go to downloads that you purchases or downloaded for free. You won't ever need to pay for it again.

Let me know if you were able to get this working. Go to downloads under your image icon and all of your purchases will be listed. I usually add both STL files and 3mf files. STL files should always open up- but you have to add supports or add the settings in the slicer to them. 3mf files are saved files that save the settings you choose. So if it's a 3mf file that I made in the bambulab slicer, it might not open on other slicers. Let me know what slicer program you use and I will try my best to help you.
Hi I’m new to 3d if I buy the package how do I download it I have an iPhone and iPad , I don’t have a laptop or computer,
I have android so im not sure. I download from my phone and save it to my google drive and use it that way. I do use my laptop for slicing the file after i download it. So i dont know if you can do that directly from your phone or not. I have a bambu lab a1 printer where i use the app and i can send prints to the printer from my phone but Sometimes it only worked with files that were uploaded to the makerworld website already. Technology is amazing so i'm sure there's a way to do it from your phone. I just find it easier for myself to use the laptop so i never really tried the other way. Youtube videos have helped me with any topic that i needed to know. If you either use Chatgpt to ask if thats possible or use youtube videos to show you too. Thats what i do when im trying to see if something works for me. What printer do you have? or do you just need the files for other projects?

I bought your Jack Skellington " Simply Meant to be" STL file and it won't allow me to download it and is saying I have to purchase it again? Is this a webpage issue or a different error?
I'm not sure, I've not experienced that issue before. I know sometimes when I purchase files that my Internet might glitch and it messes up but never during a purchase ( yet anyway). Try refreshing and then checking the download folder. If that don't work, I will try to send it out. I am willing to prove i had it if you would want that as well. I wanted to reprint and put a name on it, but I can't seem to redownload it at all without having to re-pay for it. I thought I had it saved on my computer, but it was on a SD card that I had lost. :(
I purchased and have printed the balloon dog straw topper and it doesn't seem to print well under the chin.
I have never had issues making them , so I would check your settings in the slicer. Everyone's printer can be different and have settings that vary. I use prusa, bambulab, sovol, and anycubic. Make sure your supports are turned on. Also when you slow the speed down it prints in better quality. Infill matters too. I use gyroid infill at least 15%. You can use others but make sure it's above 10% on smaller items or quality starts to lag. I'm not sure what kind of printer you have and slicer your using. I use a lighter torch and put in areas that might be rough, it makes it smooth out some. I only torch it for a brief second or 2. I hope these tips help some. Areas that have overhang like the dog's chin are going to have rough spots. Another thing that would help that is cut in 2 and print the 2 parts laying down and then glue together. You will have layer lines in other areas but no issues on the chin. If I can help you in any way with that just let me know. I just realized both of the designs I purchased were both yours. And both have same flaw, $1.65 and $2.00. 5 days ago you stated you would correct. Please correct and email the new file. I purchased for a reason and not able to use.
I apologize for the delay, I fixed the flaw on the design and then myself and my kids have been sick these past couple of days. I wanted to test print before I uploaded so I made sure it was fixed. I thickened the loop and also raised the height on it. I will try to get it printed out tonight so I can update it. I also. Refunded you for both files. I'm so sorry, I've been in bed with no energy but slowly starting to come back to life. I will upload everything I got as soon as I check it.
I purchased the Mahomes jersey earring design the little hoop on top of the jersey is a single thread and comes off when you take off plate. I have tried multiple times. Can I get a corrected file?

I will fix the rings on these files and make them stronger. Thank you for the feedback so I can improve them. I made them last year when I was newer to making files. Infill and wall count that you choose will make prints stronger , I like using 3 walls, gyroid infill at 20% . I'm going to make bigger loops for you and re do. I have some more versions I made as well if you would like I can add as extras too. I will work on these this weekend and update everything, it will send you an email out with the updated files that are added. Thank you for your feedback, it helps me grow ☺️
This design is flawed the little ring at the top is so thin it breaks before taking off the plate.

HI recently purchased a file by the name of Rude Army Guy // Middle finger // Adult gag gift humor. once I downloaded the file and got it into my slicer software. I then noticed that it's not his middle finger that is up but it is his pointer finger that is up. Im asking for a refund or if you could fix this. Thank you & good day.

Another mod... guinea pigs don't have butts like pigs.. ie um.. no butt crack lol. Just a smooth round end. I told my slicer to put in supports and boy did it. I think that was a mistake. I'll have to check, but did I see somewhere it is pre-supported with only the ones really necessary?
We actually got hit with really bad storms on Tuesday here in the Pittsburgh area. We lost power and it never came back on. Worst 20 minute storm we had in a long long time. It knocked a lot of the viewing areas power out. So they said May 4th by 11pm we should have power back on by. I'm hoping cause I'm going crazy not printing anything. I went to my mom's a few times to charge phones. I will make the plain round booties on them as soon as I am able to. :) I hope that's sooner then they are telling us.
hello! I just bought your guinea pig file and did notice an issue but not with the file per se. Guinea pigs don't have tails to speak of. The model has almost a rabbit tail. I would hope this could be fixed as my market is to those that raise and show them..and this just wouldn't work! Otherwise this is a fantastic looking model, much better than most any other I've seen

When you print, make sure to use 20%infill or higher at least, and slower speeds will get you better quality. I will email you
