We downloaded the file for the Smiley candle mold, have printed it but the interior is not smooth and there is almost a nose as well as the eyes and smile on the smiley candle mold. Any advice on how to get a better print from your file please?

Hello, I just purchased the number plate files and can’t seem to find the letters/numbers as that is what I needed not the actual plate sizes. I saw them in the picture before I brought but not the actual files.
