every printer uses different Gcode.
You need to put the STL in a 3d model "slicer" like Prusa slicer
i can try to make the gcode for you but i need to know your printer model and make, filament maretial and nozzle diameter

im sorry but PLA is not ideal for this print as it will break or deform.
you will also need a flexible material for the grommets or use the OEM rubber plugs

i printed mine from PC (policarbonate) but its hard to print without enclosure, I recommend atleast PETG
i have prepared g codes and gave you some links where you can download a slicer and learn how to prepare stl to gcode
