I might need more details, what exactly is the issue? How are you trying to open the file? I just downloaded the uploaded files and everything opens up correctly on my end.

I believe both 3DS Max and Blender have the option to open STL files which then can be edited as per your liking. Some of the slicers out there might also allow you to change the size of the objects. Unfortunately this is not something that I provide support for, each buyer is responsible for altering their files if that's what they desire to do. Since the file is working without any issues for me, and for other people that got the file both here on cults and on other similar sites, this is not an issue as initially presented.
