Hola. Buenas tardes... Estuvimos verificando el diseño 3D con dos tipos de software y no encontramos ningún error en el modelo. El software del cliente debe colocar soportes en la parte central del modelo, porque es una zona de dificultad al momento de imprimir en tecnología FDM; ¿desea que coloquemos soporte manual en el diseño digital?

Hola. Ya se le añadió el archivo con soportes. Igual, sugerimos que lo envíes a imprimir con soporte cómo lo manda el programa automaticamente. Por favor enviar captura nuevamente cómo le quedó y si pudo solucionar. Saludos!!!
