You can use the model as a single piece if you want, or you can separate them in a programme if you want to digitally edit the parts in polygroups.
hello, I purchased the textured and the untextured gift box. I cannot get the walls to print without messing up after the initial layer. Im using CURA as my slicer. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, I recommend you to select 0.1 as layer thickness and use tree support as support, the textured version requires support, if you are having problems, increasing the size of the model 1.5 times will solve the problem.

I cannot recommend a specific setting for the model you are using. Using a layer thickness of 0.1 or 0.2 and a tree support as a support option will make it easier to clean the model. Which type of filament do you want to print on?
Hello! I purchased the suprise box V2.
I tried to print it and bambu studio slices the first layer incomplete. Half of the box is printed on the plate and the other half is printed floating. of course the print fails because of this. Am i missing something?
I have also been having issues with the file and came here looking for answers. I'm new to 3D printing and the P1S has been flawless, until now. I split the file into different plates as I'm printing the box in Black, the ribbon (rope) in white, and the hand in orange. The top rope (bow) printed after I added supports (it almost doubled the filament used).
The hand printed ok.
The side pieces of rope are almost flat, I'm not sure how they are meant to attach to the box other than glue, which I don't recall seeing in the assembly video.
The box components have failed repeatedly and I'm still trying to figure out why. If I don't use rafts or supports, the slicer will throw errors about Floating Cantilever. If I let the software "fix" the issue I end up with a horrible print. If I ignore them, the print will not succeed.
I came close by using a brim, which solved one problem, but the print still lifted in the corner without the brim and upon removing the print, I can still see that the end result will be a "textured" surface.
This could have nothing to do with the design and everything to do with my inexperience, but at this point I'm done (at least for now).
Do you use Brim? I was able to print this with Orca slicer without any errors.

Hi. Slicing the Surprise Box V2 model in Bamboo Studio produces floating areas and ruins the flatness of the walls. Layer 1 does not have the entire wall for 2 of the walls. Layers 17 and 18 are also not even/complete. I have sent you an email with some screenshots of the issues. May I get a corrected file from you?
...and I thought it was just me. I don't care about the few dollars the file cost me, but the amount of filament I've wasted....
I did not get a response ever. I did solve this by just using the 'Move' function of my slicer to move the model down a little until the uneven areas were not above the plate. I then sliced and printed it and it worked fine. The person I gave the painted finished product to loved it. Hope that is helpful.
I did not have this problem when I printed with Orca slicer, I think it may be related to layer thickness, sorry I did not see your message.

I recommend that you set the infill value with PLA filament at least 50% and keep the layer thickness at the lowest level.

I purchased the textured surprise box and I'm having issues getting it print. The slicer is saying it needs to be repaired and it bogs down my program and ends up crashing. Is it possible to get a updated file or maybe the box without the texture?

Hello! I tried to print EWELLERY STAND MUDRA HAND 4 times, I used all possible supports, but it is impossible to print the fingers, the print does not stick to any of the supports at all.
Due to the high printing speed, the filament may be trying to build to the same point again before it cools down. I would recommend slowing down your print speed or printing more than one print at the same time. Thus, the nozzle cools down on the way to the other model.

No, my explanation is completely correct and there is nothing misleading, I said that the "base" part does not require support and that all parts can be mechanically assembled together and so it is. If you want to print the rope part without support, I am attaching a new file for you, so you can print and paste it without support.

hi ,The cats paw positioning etc does not allow for it to be printed solo without the paws failing.Ive tried multiple setting (supports and rotation). can you refund me as this is unusable for intended purpose. Sorry.
Have you tried printing with the tree support? I was able to print without any problems.
