Hey, I've bought a few of your vase designs - any chance you could point me in the right direction for instructions on designing similar vases especially with vertical fins... Hey! We use Blender. We usually start with a base shape (by that model we did a long teeth gear shape) and extrude it usually to the same hight as it's wide. Then we divide it into levels (6 or 8 or more) and then we scale some levels down so they have a smaller width than the others and finaly we add even more levels (so that the next steep will be more smooth) and rotate the base using the radiation effect so that other levels will be affected with the rotation to :)
