Hello, would you consider doing a set of pilot and wso with the pilot having the jhmcs helmet in 1/72 or scaleable? This is the crew configuration for strike eagles these days but there are no good sets out there.

I would love to but its beyond my skill set with Blender. I'm more comfortable with Fusion 360 which is more about geometrical shapes
Hello! I would like to ask, do you think that your F-15 1/48 wheels are compatible with academy 1/48 F-15E? Thanks in advance
Perhaps, but I don't have an Academy kit to test fit them on to confirm. On my STLs, the Main wheel hubs have a 1.55mm radius hole to fit wheel strut axels, and about a 2.7mm wide space to fit the actual leg struts by the inner brake housing. Nose wheel hole axel size is also 1.55mm. Hope this helps
Hello! Any chance you could do some F-15 pylons in 1/72? Thanks for considering
Hello. I'll consider it if I find inaccuracies on the 1/48 kit I'm working on this fall.
Hello
I bought your F-15E stl.
The weels set is Amazing with weighted and no weighted wheels, michelin and goodyear markings, and supported and non supported.
Great value for money.
However, on my saturn3 with my settings, the supported files seem to have too thin supports.
I will try to add my own .
Looking forward for new files from you 😁
Cheers
Romain
Hi Romain. Thanks for the kind words and your support. Much appreciated. Was it a specific model that was causing you issues with the supports? Or all of them? On average, everything is using 0.3mm supports or larger, but there are a couple small 0.2mm supports in some areas as well. I use very modest lift and retract speeds and haven't had issues. Your exposure settings and resin is dialed in?
Thanks again
hi! the wheel rims detached from the supports to stay stuck on the fep. I dialed my printer with my own settings and it used to work great. I used to set the anti aliasing on level 4. But on the last print I also tried a new AA srtting with gray scale at 5. Maybe to high? and it might have "eaten" too much on the model and support...
I am trying again with my own supports and lower gray scale level.
I will let you know!
Will you design more stuff for F-15E? Exhaust? tanks? seats?
Cheers
On my Mars Ultra 4, I only have AA enabled (level 2). No grey scale or image blur. Every printer\resin is different obviously, which is why I included non supported models as well. I'm hoping to finalize a complete landing gear set including wheel wells, doors, struts for the F-15E Revell. There is lots of 3rd party exhausts and seats out there for F-15 that I don't think I could possibly improve upon so I'll look at other things first. Not sure what exactly at this point.
Ok thanks!
Second try is a total success!
With my own supports reduced greyscale AA.
I even printed them at 1/72nd scale and it is still amazing!
Thanks again!
And I look closely for your Gear and wells set.
Bye
Romain
No sorry. I'm not working on anything f-16 related right now.
There's lots of resin options out there
Hi. Any thoughts on designing F-16C tail extension? It would be interesting to design the entire tail base with the tail extension (parachute). No one has it in the market currently
Hi,
Interrest Parts for the F-15, did you create maybe more like Pylons, LAU-128 ?
Cheers,
Frank
Hey Frank. No plans for pylons or rails. Kopecky models makes some good resin aftermarket however. I'm working on f-15 landing gear and wheel wells when I have time. Thanks. Jason
Hi Jason,
Thanks for your feedback, I know Kopecky and use his Pylons and Rails for my F-15E "LN" at the moment, but I have 6 x F-15E (GWH & Revell) and 7x F-15C (GWH & Hasegawa) so for me it would be interest to print my own Pylon and Rails ;-))
Thanks, Cheers,
Frank
Hi, Real fine stuff for the F-15...maybe next some Wing Pylons and Centerline Pylons with LAU-128 rails ;-)
When I get around to that part of the model (usually weapons are last), I'll take a look, but Kopecky has that covered already.
Hi, I know and have Kopecky
s Resin sets, but I have also many F-15s I am not if they can ever build, and Kopecky is expansive for "Resin" set`s....maybe ResKit make them soon ;-))Cheers,
Frank
