Yes, I can design a custom R.E.P.O-style monster keycap for the ESC key. Since it will go on ESC, we can make it taller and add more detail without any issue. I can provide the 3D model as an STL ready for resin printing (and presupported if you need it).

Can you make the Reaper work at all? The picture my son brought me was from repo-2025horror.fandom.com/wiki/Reaper Though I imagine as long as it's not the robot he would probably be fine with any monster in the style you do them. Yes, his keyboard uses MX switches. I'm going to print it on my Bambu P1S. You can absolutely sell this to other people if you want to!😁 Who knows how many other people might be desperate for it! 😂

Hi! I actually have two keycap designs based on monsters from Repo, including a Reaper. I’m sending you the images of both designs along with this message.

I don’t have much experience with FDM printing since I mainly work with SLA, so I’m sending you the images so you can evaluate the design — especially the level of detail on the Reaper and the overall height. Both models are around 22.5 mm tall, and the rest of the measurements are based on real keycap dimensions.

I've never printed minis before. Which printer settings do you recommend?

I don’t really have experience working with FDM, only with resin (SLA), and both processes are very different in how the material behaves, the tolerances, the calibration, and also the type of supports, which work completely differently between the two technologies.

Entiendo, tengo el modelo Eskie en escala 1/10, y al pasarlo a 1/6, un objeto que mide 3 metros en tamaño real queda de aproximadamente 50 cm impreso.
La referencia que uso para este esquí es de 3 metros, aunque en el juego su tamaño puede variar.

A ese tamaño, obviamente no es posible imprimirlo en una sola pieza en una impresora FDM.
Por lo tanto, habría que dividirlo en varias partes más pequeñas, y eso toma tiempo prepararlo.

¿podrías decirme cuáles son las dimensiones máximas de impresión de tu máquina?

La référence que j’utilise pour ce ski est de 3 mètres, même si sa taille peut varier dans le jeu.

À cette taille, il n’est évidemment pas possible de l’imprimer en une seule pièce sur une imprimante FDM.
Il faudrait donc le diviser en plusieurs parties plus petites, et cela prend du temps à préparer.

Pour pouvoir adapter le modèle correctement, pourriez-vous me dire quelles sont les dimensions maximales d’impression de votre machine ?

Sobre el Takopi con su cámara del que realicé la compra, para hacer una mejor impresión con menos soportes sería ideal tener la cámara por separado, y también la flor, pero esta última por una cuestión de fragilidad. ¿sería posible?

Il est possible que le problème ne vienne pas directement de vos paramètres, mais du modèle lui-même. Dans la description, il est indiqué qu’il est prévu pour une impression en résine, et de plus le fichier peut être texturisé et davantage orienté vers une impression SLA que PLA. Cela pourrait expliquer pourquoi certaines petites parties du support ne s’impriment pas correctement.

Une solution possible serait d’éditer et de lisser le modèle avant de le préparer pour l’impression en PLA. Cela facilitera l’extrusion et améliorera la qualité du support.

Just so you know, the character is approximately 3 meters tall in the game (though it can vary depending on the scene), and it's still significantly larger than other characters in the game.

Here are the approximate final figure heights (without the base) for each scale:

1:8 scale → 37.5 cm tall (14.76")

1:10 scale → 30 cm tall (11.81")

1:12 scale → 25 cm tall (9.84")

1:18 scale → 16.67 cm tall (6.56")

You can print it in the scale that best fits the dimensions of your printer.

Please note that the model does not include pre-supported files for resin printing, so you'll need to generate supports manually using your preferred slicer.

I’ve extended the connectors for the grabs, the hourglass, and also the arms to improve support.
If you need to reprint, it would only be these five pieces:
WizardTimeGlass, Bot1_ArmR, Bot2_ArmR, Bot1_Grab, and Bot2_Grab.

As for the joints that may not fit perfectly, I always include a small tolerance to make assembly easier. However, due to variations in printing, some parts might deform slightly — in that case, you can sand them down without any issues.

For everything else, I recommend using plastic glue to ensure a solid hold.

A night light version is a great idea. However, that kind of project is usually done with PLA filament, and I currently focus only on SLA printing for collectible figures. I don’t have experience with PLA, so I wouldn’t be able to make it myself.

I don’t have much experience with PLA, so it’s possible that the model’s detailed textures make it more challenging to print with that material, as it was originally designed with SLA in mind. Unfortunately, I may not be able to offer much support for PLA printing, but please let me know if you’d prefer a refund.
