I bought your octopus model. The eye in the images is not the same. There is no black part in the file provided. The eye is given as a single piece. Could you send me the file that is the same as the image?
hi, i did a colour swap in my slicer to get the second colour for the pupil, but i can make an additional eye in 2 pieces for you. ill do it tonight after work and ill update the file on cults. sorry for any confusion this has caused

Hi, ive updated the file, there is now an additional folder containing eyes with a seperate pupil for easy printing in a different colour. the file has also been optimised so the filesize is a little smaller as well. hope this help, let me know if theres any issues. :)

The model I downloaded was non-manifold and wouldn't print on Mac/Linux Bambu Studio (Only the Windows version has the auto-fix).
I took some time to fix the model and have it here if you would like it.
Model: Labyrinth Door Knocker 2 (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/labyrinth-door-knocker-2)
Knocker 1 printed very very well, Polyterra pink PLA with the stock 0.8 High Quality settings on a P1S. About 7 hrs print time. (Added organic tree supports for the overhangs.)
Knocker 2 also printed very well, same settings, roughly same time, no supports.
hi, thanks for letting me know, i have repaired the model and updated it so please download it again for a fix. You can also sometimes repair these issues in Bambu studio by clicking on repair in the bottom right of the screen where the error appears. hope this helps.

I purchased your Big Trouble in Little China 'Guardian' plans and I uploaded the stl files to Craftcloud but the Guardian body file would not upload....Craftcloud said " Unfortunately, it looks like your model file is corrupted. We have detected an abnormally low model volume, which is the result of a corrupt model file and you may need to repair your model for correct prices"............Any ideas...?
Hi, thanks for letting me know, ive checked the model file and it does look like there was a tiny issue that could cause an error in some software checks. please re-download the file from cults and try the new one. I have tested it in my own software and the first version had an error but the new one says its fine so hopefully this will fix your issue. Very sorry about this, please let me know if there are any other issues.

Hello! I recently purchased your Creature from the Black Lagoon water diorama and I want to say amazing work on the detail! I was going to ask if you happen to have a version of the Creature that is 1 piece before he was sliced up for 3D printing and or if you happen to have a version of him in a T-pose or resting pose instead of a mid back stroke? If you do I would be willing to pay you for the additional model.
Do you all print and sale models? I don't have access to a 3D printer and that Rathalos is epic.

this model has been printed loads by others so it must just be one of your settings, if you can describe the issue i might be able to point you in the correct direction with your settings :)

Your Pumpkin head model is listed as 36cm tall. I would like to print it for tabletop gaming at 32mm scale. How do you think the file will do at that small scale?

I was looking up what color to paint these lovely knockers when I realized you didn't create a knocker rest. Is that something you might consider adding to this file?
I just bought the pumkinhead diorama is theyre anyway to get the base cut in 4 pieces i have the elegoo saturn and it will not fit
Use Meshmixer, you can cut it up into as many pieces as needed and create orientation pins. Hope this helps.
