ola tudo bem Comprei recentemente o modelo “[DEADLOCK CHIBI]” na plataforma Cults3D, e ao baixar o arquivo, percebi que ele não corresponde à foto do produto anunciado. A imagem da página mostra um modelo de com ela mais detalhada e com os 5 dedos, mas o arquivo que recebi apresenta um design diferente e de qualidade inferior, o que não atende às minhas expectativas.
Gostaria de saber se seria possível obter um reembolso para essa compra, pois o produto não corresponde ao que foi postado na imagem.

Hi, I've had several issues reviewing your models. It's clear they're AI-made. Many of them have four or even three fingers. The Edward Elric model I bought has uneven features and the modeling mesh is very poorly done. I've seen similar complaints from other users. It's really disappointing to be deceived like this.
hello , we r sad that it didn't like you , but your claiming is false , similar complaints ? i have 2 or 3 complaints from a 4.1k Downloads, lol it means you might not like what you got it happens, but for saying about complaints like this you alreay makeing another false claim my friend, you simply didn't like the model that costs 1.25 euro for it quality what did you expect ? lol , DECEIVED you said ? did you ask for a refund and i didn't answer? the only 2 complaints i had in my life got the refund immediately , for Edward it's clearly a good model and been tested you just didn't like it, so if you want the refund you can simply ask, you don't have to be like this for god sake lol ...

I’ve just purchased the Omen model and I’m very disappointed, as the level of detail in the model is far from the image you uploaded in your listing. I’ve tried painting it in Bambu Studio, but it’s completely impossible due to the way it’s modeled. I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything, but it’s similar to the 3D files generated by artificial intelligence, which often cause many issues when painting because of their lack of detail.
The listing is ambiguous, since it doesn’t mention the level of detail of the model, but when looking at the image, you can assume it’s high.
Please send me the correct file, otherwise I’ll have to request a refund.
hey , idk about what you are saying the model is looking exactly like the picture, like 100% , but you are talking like you can't check the model it self before buying because iam sure it's showing and you can check the details of it before buying , and the model have been tested before and it didn't have any such error like you claimed, but i will refund it anyway.
