Hey Ryistoddart, Sorry for any inconvenience and yes the files are still available. Cults blocked payouts so the designs have been deactivated until further notice. I have contacted support to determine the reason and rectify the issue, though have not heard back. I just printed your w140 headrest carriage, rail clip and button file. Where does the button fit? It wasn't present in the old system. Plus the orginal OE carriage has a stopper to prevent headrest going off the rail at fully extended position, but in your carriage there is no stopper and headrest refuses to go down if not pushed down or also goes of the rail. Please advise

Sorry about the inconvenience and apologies for the delay in reply over Christmas/Holidays.
This was designed for a US-Spec vehicle and there could be global variations in the OE design. The button should be at the top of the rail with the button head toward the rear seats. If it does not work for your application then I will issue you a refund for your order.

Hi, bought your w140 headrest model, printed it in pet-g, unfortunately it didn't survive the test (motor overpowered it and split "Gear Carriage A). But i believe there is more space available to adjust the model for it to be more robust. Is it possible to suggest improvements or get an edit frendly model? Thank you.
