I have been looking at your 'TYPE 3B PHASER RIFLE - STAR TREK FIRST CONTACT - COMMERCIAL - PRINTABLE 3D MODEL - STL FILES' and wanted to know if this is possible to assemble this without the electrics or are the electrics needed for it all to correctly fit together?
If any alterations are needed for the rifle to be made without electrics how much would this cost?

The model can be assembled without electronics, only the backlighting of the model depends on it. The parts will fit without electronics. In this case, there is no need to print parts such as LED holders, which will simplify the process.
The only thing is that the trigger is movable, it is fastened with a screw, to return after pressing it, we used a button with a built-in spring (8x8x13.5mm).
If you do not need a movable trigger, it can be simply glued in the desired position.

It is difficult to determine the exact size of the model, so the size is taken from similar ones: length 1700mm, handle diameter 36 mm (669.3x1.42"), if you need other sizes, please let me know.

Inside the model there is space for an M8 stud to make the structure reliable. The illumination in the upper part is provided by standard rectangular LEDs, and in the handle there is an LED strip.
The LEDs are powered by 2 AA batteries at the bottom; the backlight is turned on using a button at the base of the tip.
Please let me know if everything is ok, so we can create a new lot.

Yes, I think we can start at the beginning of the week, but before that we need to clarify the size of the model, we think it’s about:
Main
1100mm (43.3") - length, 280x360mm (11x14.2") - hammer, 40mm (1.6") - handle
Alt
1300mm (51.2") - length, 328x424mm (12.9x16.7") - hammer, 48mm (1.9") - handle

We found many different sizes on the Internet, but suggested the overall length (1100-1300mm) due to weight and production method.

Also, what size should it be, because according to the game the original size is quite large for cosplay?
For example, our Lancer version is about 900 mm long and weighs about 3 kg.
So I don't think ill be using it for cosplay purposes, I'll be displaying it, if you could do the full size model that would be great.
Also, the Overwatch 1 Model would be good
