Hallo, leider funktioniert der Reissverschluss bei mir nicht. Ich habe es mit allen Varianten ausprobiert. Der Reissverschluss hält nicht und die Box lässt sich immer öffnen. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

Are you referring to the Heart Box?
Have you already tried the V1 version with the tighter tolerances?
If that one is still too loose on your printer, you can try adding a small positive X-Y contour compensation in your slicer. This will thicken the outer edges of your zipper.

I printed the file. The base is not stable, so it keeps coming off. In other words, the object moves so much that it leaves grooves. I'll try printing another one tomorrow. I don't like the cut either. There are huge gaps. The idea is great, but the execution is not like in the video.
If the next prints don't turn out well, I want to return it.

Did you try the version with the built-in brim? It helps with stability.
If the print still doesn’t stick, please make sure the build plate is clean — I recommend washing it with tap water and a bit of dish soap.
If your printer has auto-leveling, you can also try slightly lowering the first-layer Z distance to improve adhesion.
Those gaps are intentional and can be seen in the photos. They are needed to give the zipper area flexibility in a stiff filament. Without them, the mechanism wouldn’t work at all.

It's difficult to print. The zipper is a nice idea, but it doesn't work. I'm really disappointed. I've already used 1 kg of filament. It's impossible to print. The zipper breaks immediately. I'd be happy to send pictures if needed.

Hi, i think it's probably a problem with Z-offset. For bambu you can change it in start of the model g-code. You can find tutorial in google, Check for Z-Offset Calibration Disc.

Hello,
If the parts can move but feels very stiff, you can add a small amount of lubricant (like silicone grease or wax) between the moving short walls.
If it is stuck permanenlty - you can adjust the tolerance slightly during slicing by using a setting like XY Size Compensation or Horizontal Expansion – depending on your slicer. A value like -0.1 mm usually helps increase the clearance between parts.

Hi, You can safely ignore the “floating cantilever” warning. Most slicers are a bit oversensitive with these checks. All the "cantilevers" in my models are designed to be printable without issues, and your printer will handle them just fine.

Hi. I bought your Racoon Trash Can the other day and have just finished printing all the pieces. It looks great, however the black pieces of the tail do not fit as neither of them have a square holes at the bottom. The black tail-end piece seems too short as well. Did you include the correct STL model pieces for both the black parts of the tail in the Downloads? If not could you send us the downloads for the correct bits please? Thanks so much! :-)
Also the lower part of the black eyes and nose have a chunk missing. Its like about a CM has been sliced across it and deleted. Hvae you got the correct piece for that bit too please? Thanks.

That’s strange — I just checked the files and both tail pieces have the correct cutouts, and the face mask has no missing geometry. They load fine in Bambu Studio and Creality Print.
Which slicer are you using?
Please try downloading the files again — maybe the first download was corrupted.
Also, did you use a brim or supports on the tail pieces? They might have covered the cutouts.

I have been using Ultimaker Cura and I didnt use any supports or brims. I will download the files again and see if the files are better. Will let you know what happens. Thanks
Right, so I downloaded the files again and opened the "All parts divided into plates by colour" into Cura and found that the black ones were all slightly beneath the bottom grid where the build plate would be. so i lifted them up a cm or so and i have sliced it and printing them again now. All looks fine on Cura now ive aligned the pieces with the bottom grid. Thanks and sorry for the confusion. :-)

Also, I’d recommend trying one of the newer slicers nowadays, for example Orca Slicer. There should be fewer issues like that there.
