i am very dissatisfied with two of your pet urns let start with this how do i print the roof on this i see in the comments aim not the only having a problem
i have a show on sat 12th of this now before you till me it is not my printer. you need to do more how to print what you are showing

hi i just bought one of your designs 220ml pet urn and downloaded the files only to recive the cap and nothing else it looks nothing like the image.

I'm looking at you pet urn in the shape of a dog house. It says no supports needed but how can the top with the screw on cap print without supports, it would be printing in mid air
