Is this split up into different pieces, so you can get different colors on each piece? (Hibiscus jewelry organizer)
To change colors on separate layers is a function that some 3D printers support, to make the change manually, you may need to pause the printing at desired level and replace filament.
Cookie cutter doesn't work..... the design is all the same length so it just cuts out lots of shapes instead on marking the shape into the top of the cookie and cutting the outside shape!!

I am trying to print the check engine light cookie cutter but it seems to want to print the inner layer in the air. Any advice for printing ? Possibly a particular support used? Or is this an issue with my printer?

the rear side of the cookie cutter is to be printed first, this means the rear part of the print is the base of the whole object. try virtually rotating the object on the 3d software that you are using , normally the base should be considered Z axis or -Z axis, it depends on the structure of the design.

I am not sure what are you referring to, when you state: "flashprint". Is this a 3D printer, or is it a 3d printing service online? either way you may want to contact customer service for "flashprint" and request guidance on how to upload a 3MF file and how to 3D print it.
