Hello, thank you for reaching out! I’ve double-checked the upload and I can confirm that all the STL files are correct and complete. There’s no issue with the files themselves. Please make sure you’ve opened all the parts in your slicer, as some of the curved pieces may look a bit different in preview compared to the render images, but they are included in the set. If you still have trouble locating them, I’d be happy to point them out step by step.

Just to clarify, the STL file has been successfully downloaded and printed by other customers without any compatibility issues, so it's unlikely that the file itself is corrupted. There’s a chance that something may have gone wrong during the download or while importing the file into your slicer or printer.

That said, I’ve already issued a full refund for your order as a gesture of goodwill, and I’ve also uploaded a 3MF version of the model which may be easier to handle and better optimized for direct printing.

If you’d still like to try printing it, feel free to download the new 3MF file and let me know if you need any help with it.

Between the two designs, the Car Vent Air Freshener works better for spreading the scent throughout the car. Since it clips directly to the vent, the airflow helps circulate the fragrance more efficiently and consistently.

Regarding your request for a version of the "Photo Air Freshener" with holes instead of the photo on the front – absolutely, I can create a version like that! Adding openings will definitely enhance scent release. I’ll start working on that design and can let you know once it’s ready or send a preview if you'd like.

As for the scent beads, the fragrance typically lasts about 3 to 6 weeks, depending on factors like the car’s temperature, airflow, and frequency of use. Warmer conditions may release the scent faster, which can reduce longevity slightly.

Also I do wonder... do you use the " used up " scent beads in your wash after the scent is no longer noticeable in yourcar? Do they do anything for the laundry after?

No i dont use it anymore because they dont smell anything at all
