Hello, i'm interested in handbrake 2.0. But not as handbrake pure for the joystick on top of it. Is it still rotatable? as in the Z-axis?

Yes it is plug&play. To fix it, you have to find a little screw. I'm from Switzerland but I'm wälsch :)
